As a veteran hobbyist I have enjoyed many hours in strip clubs. With a career featuring a good deal of travel, plus homes in Michigan and Florida, I have been fortunate to experience some of the finest SCs in the country. Since I live in Michigan much of the year I am close to the Detroit hotbed of high mileage clubs. Accordingly, I quickly came to expect a certain level of mileage and service. Even at the Florida clubs I frequent I expect to get my fingers wet and often receive manual attention to Mr. Johnson.
For the past several years I have received LDs that allowed me to explore the dancer's body most anyplace including inside access. In many clubs I have come to expect at least a HJ and usually BJ (covered or not.)My favorite dancers have offered FS, usually cowgirl-style whenever I want it. I seldom pay more than the standard dance prices even while receiving these extras. (One exception is FS at a club's 2-4-1 day when I usually pay $100 for FS even when I received only a half dozen LDs.)
While I continue to enjoy clubbing, and experience it regularly, I have lately wondered if escorts may be a better value. I do not mean the Backpage experience as I am paranoid about LE and the "bait-and-switch" marketing techniques of many BP posters. Rather, I have begun to subscribe to a couple of escort sites for information on potential "dates." One such site I have found to be reliable is ECCIE.net. While this site is most useful for Texas and a few other areas of the country, I have found escorts in several cities.
Now how to compare the experiences? ITC I have usually paid $100 or so for extras including covered FS and seldom had the experience last more than 30 minutes or so, often much less. Well-reviewed Escorts, on the other hand, usually offer a full hour for about $200. While SC connections are nearly always performed on chairs or benches, escorts (in my experience) perform on a bed - a much more comfortable venue for an old man like me. With a full hour or more to play many more variations can be explored - DATY, DATO, DATT as well as 69 and several other offerings. I realize that some of you would have to add the expense of a hotel room for escort play unless you are willing to play in the escort's in-call, something I have never been willing to do. Since I travel a good deal the hotel is usually already available to me and, at my Florida place, I have always been able to use frequent guest points to score a free hotel playpen rather than bring a girl to my condo.
One added-value service I have begun to appreciate with escorts is the Dinner Date. When I travel alone I hate to eat at a fine resaurant by myself. Lately I have experimented with having the escort accompany me to dinner and then back to the hotel for "dessert." This usually costs about an extra $100. While there are indeed SC dancers who would entertain such an offer, they are rare and nearly always only after their shift ends at the club. Since I have found this SC option to be such a crapshoot, I now prefer the escort experience for a Dinner Date.
In summary, both the SC and the Escort experience have their delights. With a club visit I can always do a spur-of-the-moment visit without an appointment. Depending upon the club, I may have to wait 15-30 minutes to connect with my desired dancer ITC and, as always YMMV. With escorts one must plan a bit in advance and occasionally risk doing business with an unknown but, with proper screening and reviews, can nearly always find a kindred spirit for OTC fun and Your Mileage Will NOT Vary. SC expenses can be half the cost an an escort but the cost-per-minute is usually the same or even less for the escort experience. I intend to continue both experiences in the future - clubs for spontaneous fun and escorts for those times when I want something better. I'm anxious to hear how you fellows feel about it.

There may come a point in time when I feel the same way you do, but right now my preferences lean in the other direction. I have tried escorts, but for my money there is nothing better than OTC with the right dancer.
You have the luxury of clubbing in places where special ITC services are readily available. In most of the areas in which I club, if one wants to fuck a dancer one must take her out of the club. In the areas that I club in, the costs of taking a dancer OTC for an hour are usually comparable to the cost of hiring an escort, though with the hotter dancers it can be a little more expensive than hiring an escort of comparable looks.
There are a number of differences that lead me to choose OTC dancers over escorts:
It is tougher to enforce a full hour requirement with an escort as she generally requires payment upfront and is eyeballing the door after the first pop, while OTC strippers will normally take payment after the fact and are used to working under timed conditions;
They tend to be less transaction focused. For example, one can often include dinner and/or other little add-ons with a dancer at no additional charge outside of the cost of the romp, though this is a one-off thing rather than something done on every encounter;
I can see her in the club and then finish the night off OTC, which is a kinda' cool one-two combo.
I know that I am the first cock going into her that night [Remember, I am talking about girls from clubs where FS and BJs are not available. In places where the Full Monte is available ITC, I don't take girls OTC].
No screening - my name is not sitting on escort's computer, waiting to be dredged or coughed up when she is busted by LE.
Convenience - I don't need to schedule anything in advance. If the itch suddenly takes hold, then I visit the club. Now that does not mean that she will always be available on demand for a same evening side trip, the odds have generally skewed well in my favor in this regard.
Established dancers usually have ample reasons not to play games, not the least of which is that you know where they work and how to find them. I have never had a grab-and-dash with an OTC dancer or any of the other rip-off problems I here about with some escorts, who can simply disappear after ripping you off.
I know exactly what I am getting and am not exposed to bait and switch, being misled by outdated pictures, etc.
