There was a shooting on their patio in 2022. One guy got killed, and another was wounded. The club had its license suspended and were required to install high definition cameras, a license scanner, a walk through metal detector, and the Worcester Police wanted the club to hire an off duty cop, full time.
They upgraded their cameras, got a license scanner, installed a metal detector, but balked at hiring a cop full-time due to prohibitive cost.
Also, in 2023 and a guy got shot in their parking lot. That's the reason for all the security even though it's such a small place.

The problem with "The Club" is that it's hardly ever open. 6 pm to 2 am Thursday thru Saturday is not enough. It would be great if it was open at least five or six days a week, so you'd have two options relatively close to one another. Neither club is anything special, though.

This does not sound like the Cabaret. Did they recently renovate the place? The Cabaret that I know is not upscale. It looks like it did thirty years ago - at least it did when I stopped by last fall. It's an old-school Massachusetts club with regular chairs, an old t-shaped stage, and a lame lap dance situation. Did it get an upgrade?

Hurricane Betty's is low mileage. Super small place and cameras everywhere. They also scan your ID.

Punch in the address on Google. It's up for sale for $2,750,000 on LoopNet. July 2, 2024 was the listing date. I'm sure it's probably listed elsewhere, too. I assume it's accurate information.
