These lawyers aren't suing because they care about the well-being of the dancers, they're suing to enrich themselves.
Anyone who has any real experience in business knows that an attorney does little to create wealth, the majority of them are folks that take a percentage of wealth that was created by others, no matter which side of the lawsuit they're on. The rest of them are folks that shuffle paper from one desk to another looking for loopholes or creating loopholes.
The suit is about them having employee responsibilities while being independent contractors.
25 sounds like hes been sued a lot for doing shitty business 🤡
So which is it, I’m a pretend rich person, or a guy who got sued out of business ?
Make up your mind skidope , those statements cancel each other out.
But then again, logic was never your strong point.
Hell even on this thread you’re on both sides of the issue, starting with “lawyers are scumbags”, then attacking me gratuitously for expressing an opinion closer to your initial statement.
I don’t expect anything less from a malignant narcissist like yourself.
LOL
One of the things that came out of the settlement was the club was forced to offer the dancers a choice of being an employee or continuing the “illegal” arrangement as an independent contractor.
Care to guess how many dancers chose to be paid as an hourly employee and how many chose to continue to be an “independent contractor” despite the fact the club was in clear violation of FSLA?
