LOL @CMI. Who were the two guys? I'd buy _almost_ anyone here a drink, and give them a chance not to be an asshat. If we have a good conversation, great. If they're still an asshat, I'd excuse myself. Not going to physically fight someone unless they really threaten me. I'm told I'm an intimidating-looking guy--large, muscular, with severe resting bitch face. That means trouble doesn't find me. Over the years, I've had at least ten "if I meet you in person, I'm going to fuck you up" conversations. None _ever_ came to so much as a shouting match. One even became my clubbing buddy in Atlanta. I "fucked him up" on vodka cranberries. Then bought him some Cuban puss.

The Decline Of…
Is this one of those "millennials killed ____" arguments? With inflation eating into expenses, I'm more conscious about how I spend. Haven't made intentional sacrifices, but monitoring it more closely means I do less of it. Independent of inflation, I travel a lot less. Not only has travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) gone way up in price but delays and general shittiness of US air travel have made it less fun.

@Papa, I've heard despite all the conspiracy theories to the contrary, management doesn't care about this board. That said, I wouldn't blame them if they did. Something like that could alert stalkers. I don't have IG but I'm told that's how all the girls tell regulars that they're coming.

@Skibum has the right idea. Just count. Might distract you but I'd rather be a bit distracted than a bit ripped off. I'm rarely an extended song-by-song dance guy so I don't see this a lot. But even in a timed VIP, I prop up my phone so we can both see how much time is elapsed/left.

Scrub is bragging about having received a blowjob from a man! Actually that was SJG trying to initiate you into his organization. He liked it and wants your number. Yours is like a dick or a cock, only smaller. It's an ITTY BITTY TEENY TINY LITTLE PEE PEE! Yeah, OP, I've seen a couple busty AA ladies here. I think OWG mentioned one named Maria? Any good in the back? I took one to the back a few months ago. Tall, dark skinned, pierced nipples (wouldn't let me play with them). Had an exorbitantly priced menu, an "I'm not serious, I'm trying to scare you off but if you can singlehandedly make my weekend I'll indulge you" menu. Think her name was Karma? Trying to go back into my old reviews and check but the site always goes to shit this time of night. That's my experience. You want to leave happy, the price is twice that of the Before Days. Probably more mechanical and rushed. The girl is probably not as hot. Yet in scrubby's ITTY BITTY TEENY TINY LITTLE--brain--talking about how the club has declined is a "club ad." I'm saving my money to blow it out on my next trip to Europe. 2-3 days at the FKK.

Icee, for all we argue, you have to admit I'm at least the kind of guy who'll stab you in the front, not the back. I don't miss hearing the same three nonsense topics from SJG. Maybe, trying to build his organization, he sought to recruit a small child or stray dog for FRMOS and DATY, and he's getting loads pumped into him all night in San Quentin.

I'll ignore him and it'll drive him crazy! Yes, Vega is mechanical and rushed. Too bad, she's got a great body. This place still has some of the hottest girls in the area, but VIP quality has taken a nose-dive. What's "very good" now was "average" in the Before Days. Come to think of it, VIP quality in the whole region has gone (pun intended) tits up.

I had family in Chicago for a long time, and always had a great time visiting. More subdued party vibe than New Orleans, Las Vegas, or Miami, but still fun. Top notch restaurants. Fun history. And the times I wasn't visiting family, I was there for conferences and had a corporate meal budget to enjoy. Now? It sounds like it's become Shit-cago. Where even on the Magnificent Mile, you aren't safe.

"you’ve misrepresented the actual position of the majority of democrats" I represented their public face. Funny if you think the Dems are the party of the working man. What you think to be the "majority of democrats" is not what drives them or their donors nowadays. "Abortion should be decided by what women want, not bullshit about when it’s ok or isn’t you say you believe in science let the science be your guide separation of church and state was supposed to be a bedrock conservatives principle drop the theological argument" I can't tell what this unpunctuated word salad means, but the "my body my choice" argument is pretty shallow given the fetus' unique genetic code and argument that in one location it's a clump of tissues and in another it's a life deserving of protection. Kid's pretty dependent after birth, too. 15 weeks is when the fetus develops a central nervous system, the function of which determines whether a born individual is considered "dead" or "alive." That's where my figure comes from. By the way, I never said "God" or "Jesus" or "Allah" or "Krishna," so drop the theological straw man bullshit. "how much money dig your Republicans hand out with the ppp and how much do you think was stolen" I can't tell what this gibberish means. Translator? "Im watching the game with some friends I’m not gonna to reply any more so the floor is all yours." Good. I can barely understand what you're saying. Punctuation is the difference between "let's eat, kids!" and "let's eat kids!" Ironic for a conversation about abortion.

^ What is that winning economic and social argument? If leftist economics carried the day, we'd be halfway through the second term of the Sanders administration--or his chosen successor. Sanders is one of the few that places class above ripping us apart by identity groups. Progressive stupidity _is_ the Democratic agenda, man. I'm right in the middle on abortion (if I were dictator, I'd set the bar at 15 weeks). The "any time, on demand, without apology" frightens as many people as the pro-life extreme does. The Democrats are run by their extreme-left flank (according to pollsters, ~8% of the population are committed progressives), only they have forsaken the traditional class argument (which I think is nonsense but at least means well) for race, gender, and the most insane sexuality you can imagine. Pete Buttigieg, a married gay Christian father, is too stolid for the current LGBTQ+ regime which embraces Biden's undersecretary for energy that wears S&M gear in public and leads his boyfriend on a leash like a puppy. The American people still want fairer growth over redistribution, all-of-the-above energy policies, pride in this great country, and abortion available but not elective up to the moment of birth.

"We have a strong jobs market and inflation will be coming under more control regardless of who is in government." Not until interest rates hit 5-6% and we stop printing money. Of course, that _will_ happen as debt service costs crimp government spending. Recent rate hikes have not slowed down the breakaway pace of inflation. "Nobody is mandating anyone to buy electric cars right now." Good spin, but not good enough. They're only "incentivizing" by the decades of trash talk about shutting down the American fossil fuel industry which leads to chronic underinvestment, current anti-energy actions, and temporarily masking their intentions by releasing oil from the SPR (political use of the SPR should be a hanging offense right there), not to mention the absurd subsidies for a coastal luxury status symbol. It's as if they think oil drilled outside America doesn't contribute to climate change, so they're begging for dirty Venezuelan oil. A shame, I'm sure America has greater environmental and labor standards. "Voters motivated by issues like addressing economic inequality, clean energy and abortion will be likely to vote Dem" Which are way down the list. "Inequality" is nothing more than the vice of envy made to sound respectable. Rich white people and progressive activists care about "equality." Actual poor and middle class worry about food on their table, independent of social engineering. Abortion? LOL go figure, more women care about feeding their kid than killing their kid. Climate change? Way the fuck down the list, another rich white people luxury item. https://www.monmouth.edu/polling-institute/reports/monmouthpoll_us_100322/ Right now, the people "most likely to vote Dem" are the ones masturbating to the thought of a Trump indictment. If the Dems had a winning economic message, they could lead with that. But Biden gave up on it a few months ago; now it's all blame game all the time. That's a big reason more races are breaking Republican--because that shit isn't working. As I type this, the average of Congressional polls is R+1.6. Over the last 20 years, polls have underestimated Republican performance by an average of 2.4 points. That puts a realistic estimate of R+4.0. The GOP is almost a shoo-in to take the House, and even with some freak show nominations (like Walker in GA), I put the Senate at better than 50/50. If that's not enough, this year's Senate map is _very_ Democrat-friendly, with the Class of 2016 (a GOP year) defending their seats. In the next Presidential, the Dems are going to have to defend 2018, including several Dem seats in decidedly Trump states. Long story short, 2020-22 will be the Dems' high water mark for quite some time. What they _will_ blame: Trump, "messaging," "biased media" (lol it's biased in their favor), people "voting against their interests." What they _should_ blame: Themselves. No less than Barack Obama called Democrats "buzzkills" and complains that "we're going around scolding folks if they don't use exactly the right phrase." https://nypost.com/2022/10/15/barack-obama-blasts-cancel-culture-calls-dems-buzzkill/?fbclid=IwAR0egn06b02bvneXeuYkgRzknIvgVcd9lL_m2bJpMJl4GoizuX7Sy7DPfys Before you complain that the NYPost is a conservative source, remember this is a liberal president on a leftist podcast. Go verify if you'd like.

What to do if you are a strip club / sex addicted?
Strip clubs as an "addiction" were always self-limiting to me; I always took precautions against STDs, financial ruin, or even letting others know what I liked doing there. But being a bona fide mental patient, there were times when it felt compulsive, or I'd feel agitated if I _wasn't_ strip clubbing. I just called my psych. See a problem, handle the problem. PsychologyToday.com is a great place to find a professional. You can sort by geography, specialty, insurance, or type of therapy, and see their "sales pitch."

All this Jan 6, abortion, "voter suppression" shit is legerdemain meant to distract us from the price tag on daily life. Yeah, interest rates had been rock bottom for 12 years, of which in only 3 (the Great Recession and the start of COVID) were they justified. But inflation didn't rocket until Biden. Biden saw it and kept spending. Biden clamped down on American energy, after years of his party bragging that they'd put fossil fuel producers out of business. (miss me with the Putin shit, gas prices were rocketing before that) Biden threw more money into the economy by "forgiving" student loan debt (really, transferring it to the American taxpayer) and his Orwellian-named "inflation reduction act." And that was a scaled down version of their original ambitions. https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2022/07/19/13/60417625-11025383-image-a-11_1658233185291.jpg I know presidents sometimes take undeserved blame for what happens during their presidency, but there's clear cause and effect between Biden's actions and the result. Democrats deserve to suffer at the polls for it.

Two more not-horrible-but-horribly-overrated cities: New Orleans. Been there a lot for conferences. Great restaurants but like Las Vegas a lot of people go there to be immature dipshits. Bourbon Street perpetually smells like vomit and cheap booze. And for fuck's sake never go there in the summer, upper-90s, 100% humidity, and it fucking reeks. Denver. I've had great times there, love the western vibe, but according to my best friend who lives there, it's going to hell in a handbasket. Fucked up real estate laws have led to the proliferation of ugly, overpriced slot homes. Burgeoning crime and aggressive homeless problem. I'd get out of there while the getting's good.

@RickDugan, I'd put New Haven a little above the others. Parts of it have a nice college town vibe. But the rest of those, yeah. Also add lot of Western Mass but I haven't spent much time there. Worcester has some surprisingly decent spots for a place that might have made your list a couple decades ago.

"I was at Bridgeport and man, that was a hell of a vacation spot to go visit." I hope you have a concealed carry permit. Western Connecticut is mostly varying degrees of "sucks." Other ones: Las Vegas. Robert De Niro said it best in "Casino," the whole city's been set up to take your money. Gaudy vibe that makes even "classy" things seem tawdry. Seems to bring the worst out in all its dipshit visitors. Portland, Oregon. Not "worst" but very overrated. Expensive, drinks its own bathwater on the hipster vibe. Always felt like I should have been having more fun than I was. This was before Antifa ran the city, might add that to the equation now. New York. Eight million pounds of shit in a four million pound bag. Overcrowded. Locals are aggressive assholes. Like Vegas, everyone's trying to run a game on you. Dirty, whether from bums pissing on the subway tracks or people throwing shit out of the subway doors because they couldn't wait to find a trash can. And all this was before De Blasio's crime and violence problems. Oh, and an unearned superiority complex. Yeah, you're working a 100-hour week at Goldman while your managing director leaves at 3pm on Friday for the Hamptons, or living in a 5-story walkup in Bed-Stuy and still barely making ends meet. But hey, you're a New Yorker! Akron, OH is another shithole.
