Thanks for the review. I appreciate the details and even the meandering thoughts throughout. I cracked up at your experience with the 2 girls and the sex swing! As far as I know, the girls on the street can go up to your room, with an ID, as long as they haven't been banned during a prior visit.

Shipping costs are up because DEMAND is way up! (and companies are free to charge more because they can, because people are paying it)
DEMAND is way up because everyone has money!
Everyone has money because they are either working for it, demanding more money for their work, milking the COVID benefits (Unemployment + extra for COVID, PPP Loans, Rent/Mortgage forgiveness/amnesty). Basically, hardly anyone is broke.
There are other factors as well, but the above are by far the largest.

What's the valet parking like? Is it a secured lot? I might be tempted to drive my own vehicle across if it's safe enough. I realize nothing is perfectly safe, but I think you get the drift.
