One of the DJs counts out the dances in the promos. "This is the first dance --- this is the 2nd dance of the promo." It's very helpful to thwart the ROBs.

Your mileage really does vary here. Some of the dancers have excellent skills, some, meh.

It could be an inside review, but it's also true that inexperienced reviewers tend to give overly favorable or overly unfavorable reviews -- it takes some perspective to give a balanced assessment.

I hate fishnets. Inevitably a button of mine gets stuck and it takes most of a song to disentangle me. Also, heavy lipstick, because, even if it doesn't happen, I like to imagine kissing the pharynx out of my connection.

I happen to love the schoolgirl outfit, esp. including glasses. Some of the shoes that are popular now make a girl look like a fancy pony -- they don't do it for me, but it's not really a negative either. Strangely, there are some things that don't look good to me but still turn me on, such as a butt plug.

I remember a club in Tucson where periodically all the girls would come around to all the PLs and for a couple of bucks they would give you a 15-30 second grind. These were pretty hot girls, mind you. After experiencing the entire lineup, I was getting pretty horny. I took a girl into the lapdance room for I think $20 and she finished me off. Can't remember which club, but it was definitely the bargain of a lifetime.

Mickey's in RI is $20 for 5 minute dances, but truthfully the 5 minutes is often closer to 10. But the ladies, -- I only want them when I'm feeling pretty drunk and pretty bad about myself.

Yes, it's called an earworm. If you're tired of the song stuck in your head you can usually supplant it with another of your choice. Currently, "Can't you see?" by the Marshall Tucker band. Those three chords are really catchy!
