Liars get defensive when called out on their lies
Anyway, I think this may have been a blessing in disguise. It's probably better it ended this way, rather than having an actual relationship with someone who lies constantly and cheats on their significant other. It was an inexpensive lesson and probably saved me a lot of grief and money in the long run. I may need to go back to civilians. I'm not sure that I'm cut out for the emotional roller coaster ride that dating a stripper would involve.

That's probably good advice Lopaw. Thanks. In my instance it happened once and as it was happening the second time, I questioned her if it was about to happen again, because it seemed like it was about to. I wasn't really sure at the time because my head was full of SS. Anyway, sure enough it happened a second time. Plus it ruined the night with the disagreement. Oh well.

    Tinder vs. Strippers
So I should skip the disco and go to the mall instead? Where to, the arcade?

Finally experienced Deja Vu while it was open
Funny Papi. Somehow I doubt they are being faithful to me either. :)

Great, detailed review. Thank you. Yeah, if the talent isn't great at Deja Vu, you could always hop in a $5 taxi to Hong Kong. That might be my strategy, the next time I'm down that way.

Fantasyland, but hurry time seems to be running out on the value.
Taxi suggestion. If you walk past all of the yellow cabs parked closest to the border crossing, there are more taxis across the street, in front of the pharmacies. These taxis have been more flexible in my experience. They are usually willing to take you to HK for only $5. I've even gotten one to take me to Rosarito for under $25, where as most taxis want close to $50 to Rosarito.

    3 Days of Visits
I agree that PedWest crossing is the best option. 0 to 5 minute wait vs. an hour or two at the old one. It's totally worth the extra walking. To answer the question below, PedWest is only being used to go back into the U.S. for now. To enter MX, you still need to use the old border crossing, for the time being. However, there's no wait to enter MX, so it's no problem.

    Amazing club
One tip for new visitors reading this. The new border crossing to the U.S. is now open, but most people are still using the old one. Both are open. The old one consistently has a 1 or 2 hour wait, but the new one has absolutely no wait at all. Save yourself two hours on the way back and use the new border crossing to the west. Your taxi driver can direct you, if you aren't sure where it is. On the way into MX, you have to use the old one for now, but there's no wait to enter MX, so it's fine. Enjoy!

I agree. After going here, it's hard to go back to spending lots of money at U.S. clubs, knowing YMMV.

    Impressive
I just wanted to update this with a couple of tips after another visit. The taxis at the border all seem to try to charge $10 now. This time, when they said $10, I said no thank you, I'll keep looking, and started to walk away. As soon as I did, they started negotiating, and I got them down to $7. You may be able to haggle down to $5, but I was content with $7. I had to pay $7 on the way back as well. On the advice of a fellow TUSCL'er, I tried the food this time. I ordered a steak, with a baked potato, grilled bread, and a side of guacamole for only $10. It was very good and I felt fine afterward, so I didn't get sick at all. I would get food there again if I return. The steak wasn't on the menu board, but the waiter suggested it. Apparently the food comes from the restaurant next door, so it may be cheaper if you eat directly at the restaurant. Your view may not be as good there though. Okay, that's all. Enjoy.
