RE: 6 songs: could be a matter of that it was 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and not super busy, prob won't get 6 songs at night. Everything's negotiable right. In fact, Papi_Chulo, you are correct I did leave one detail out, she did indeed tell me it was $50 to the house for the 6 song session (this is after we had wrapped up), but she ended up taking the $25 out of her cut I guess. TheDude954 absolutely that's how I like it, soon as you're done, get out of there and on to the next one(s). Another thing I meant to mention when I wrote this, there was never any line to get into the single booths, that happened to me last year but at night not during the day.

You can always negotiate, most will come down to 160 for CBJ, may be pricey compared to 80 by a 6 at Bogarts, but you're at PHC and she is a 9...

As a fellow Detroiter who travels to Dallas, totally agree with you as my experience at BD was the same. I never got around to writing my review but since its really the same as yours here. I will go back with clients and colleagues but with low expectations, and perhaps they will be exceeded. I will write a review after that.

Good intel on Selena and Monica, thanks. You might already realize this but this place is part of the triangle of debauchery (H8, Bogarts, FC) all within a mile of each other so if one doesn't look great after 15-20 mins, very easy to just bail and try another, without a ton of driving around hassle.

The Labatts is 2 for $9 at that time of day, assuming this is the thing where they put the second one in a bucket of ice for you. Curious what you mean by impact of LE in the Detroit area clubs? sure hasn't affected me at all. Regarding the timing, in my experience 12:30 is a bit early, the place gets way better around 2:00 and beyond.
