Update

I've reviewed Criket a few times in the past, but haven't been in for 6 months or so, until last week. Some of the recent reviews here mention an updated VIP room, a VIP troll, and the manager sitting near the door as you walk in. I can confirm this is all true and what I experienced. Something else noticeable to me was the increase in mixed drink prices. Indeed, beers are 2 for $9 which for an SC is outstanding. I bought a dancer a vodka/tonic and decided wth and to have one as well, and that tab was $28. This is what I would expect at PHC and maybe FC but not Criket.

Oh well - lesson learned, for me, to stick to the beers. Regarding the girls, saw some familiar faces and some new ones too. The place was fairly crowded with alot of the girls with their regulars in booths. Oh yeah and the manager at the front told me when I walked in that I could sit at a table but not a booth since those were "reserved." I had to chuckle at that one as I imagined ringing up Criket "hello, I would like to make a reservation for one please?". Anyway. Sat at the bar which is what I always do. Brushed off a few ladies that I didn't care for, one that has been there forever and annoying, and a couple of ones I had never seen before that were older than I prefer but I talked to them anyway just to see what's up. Obviously, both tried to get me to the VIP one said extras were on the menu, the other one said no they weren't. When I told her OK our convo is done then, she had this mix of sadness/shock on her face I found amusing.

Eventually a younger one came by I had seen before but never danced with, took her for a spin and it was excellent. As we went to the VIP, she asked the troll (hate to use that word as I am sure he is a decent guy, but NOT having a troll was always a huge advantage for Criket IMO and now that is gone) something and he pointed us towards a booth. This is new a usually (when there was no troll) we would simply pick an unoccupied booth.
