I'm fine. I'm disgusted with my life and myself, but I'm not unhappy about that.
Solid spot in the Baltimore rotation
    Great review.

Just to clarify, a lot of my threads are not my personal opinion but based on discussions I had with other people online
For those who been around for awhile has the world always been this depressing?
Sometimes when the world seems very depressing, it's because you're depressed. Much of the time, how you view things and what you expect has more to do with how you look at the world than the actual state of the world around you.

Hitchhiking - how far have you gone?
It was very common on Long Island, NY in the late 60s & early 70s. Seemed like there were a bunch of prolific serial killers then and a few preyed on male hitchhikers and that seemed to be the beginning of end of hitchhiking. Not that many girls hitched rides even back then, that was always seen as pretty dangerous. It also seemed like the political polarization of the late 60s & early 70s (the Vietnam era) also reduced trust of strangers. Seemed like there was a new risk that someone wouldn't like your political views or length of a guy's hair, etc. and the ride might get uncomfortable. I hitched a lot but never had any serious problems -- a couple lousy drivers but no accidents and one guy who threatened me but he was just trying to scare me, not actually violent. And that's over probably 400+ rides. I'd pick people up too after I had my own car but stopped when that started to feel dangerous too.

Decent eye candy but a definite tourist trap
This place also spent some substantial money over the last couple of years expanding the place. That probably contributed to the price increases but no competition = a virtual monopoly = high prices just about anywhere.

I got turned down by a dancer... WTF!
I’m guessing she worried you were a cop. Maybe she had a recent problem and was being extra careful.

What's your idea of a "good tip" for the bar crawl? $5? $10? more?

Visited after a year away, should have stayed away. Club has gone downhill for years.
Comments are right -- it shouldn't be hard to remember a name but this time I couldn't pull it out of my "not like they used to be" memory cells. I totally agree on the steady, long-term decline. Only positives left are clean club, good Friday free buffet, and they post the weekly dancer schedule on the web and on handouts by the entrance. Only way the 2-1 dancers are going to make any sense are if either: The club lets the dancer keep all the 2-1 money (at least most of it) OR The dancer gives a couple of good dances and then successfully up sells some of her customers to the private room rates. Giving lousy dances and complaining while she does it is just a "lose-lose" proposition -- as Ellemae points out.

Sadly, DC is a "no lap dance" city, by law. Nudity is fine but allowing customer contact with a nude female body might cause the Washington Monument to fall over, or something.

You make some excellent points. Friendly it's not, eye-candy it does have.

I wasn't looking for laps. Perhaps my ratings were too high, just got a very positive feeling about the place. Sorry. Also noticed the HorseShoe got higher rating. I thought it was terrible and Lust was loads better.

Nice analogy: Hooters without the wings. It's pretty much right on target, though I find the girls at Hooters a bit friendlier.
