Solid spot in the Baltimore rotation

It’s been more than a year since I reviewed PHC. The factual aspects are still the same. Parking across the street. Free in the daytime and most nights. Open from noon to 2a. No cover during the day, $20 cover on weekend nights. There is a free cover coupon on the website and they’ll accept a screenshot on your phone. Drinks are 241 up until 8p. Beers are about $10 (for two during the day) and mixed drinks are $15. You can get a double pour if you don’t want two drinks. Seltzers are $11-12. Dancer drinks aren’t 241. There can be a dress code where sweatpants, shorts, hats or hoodies won’t be allowed in. It’s not consistent so be prepared to have decent duds. There is a fairly extensive $5 food menu during the day. Bar food like burgers, wings and stuff. It’s decent. There isn’t a dancer schedule but you’ll usually have 10 girls during the day and 40 at night, with some variations depending on the day of the week.

Main stage is at the end of the bar. Most but not all girls will get naked. Most but not all will do a tip walk for the customers sitting at the bar. If you’re sitting at the stage, you are expected to tip but you will get a close up view of all of the wares. If you tip a bit you’ll usually get even more eye contact and flirting all while looking straight up O street. There are more than a few make it rain times here. I can’t figure out any rhyme or reason to it, but sometimes guys are showering the girls on stage. Good news is it actually livens up the atmosphere and I’ve never been looked down on for just throwing a few bucks on stage and/or during the tip walk. There are chairs, tables and couches if you don’t feel like sitting at the stage or aren’t into stage tipping. There’s also a side stage by the stairs and ATM. It’s used at night, or sometimes during the day to practice pole tricks or entertain small groups of customers.

Single dances are $30, top on, common room. Topless dances are 4 for $160 in a slightly more secluded, but still common, room. 15 min rooms with a door and camera are $180. Against those prices, 30 min rooms are a better per minute value at $300, or the best value before 8p when the 30 min rooms are $250 (they were $200 before covid, but, inflation). The 30 min rooms are in the same location as the 15’s, go up the stairs on the left of the club as you come in, wait for a manager to take your (pre)payment and the rooms are to your right as you exit the stairway. The second stage is also upstairs but is only used rarely when the club is packed. Oh, I forgot that there’s also a table dance option in the main room where the girls will dance out in the open. I’ve never gotten one and have no idea what they cost. $20? These are for customers who don’t want a girl in their lap and are there for the party or scene. Not for me, but they do get naked, so there’s that.
