I have a fledgling organization, just a handful of people, no legal incorporation.
Hooking up with girls in a civvie situation usually does not cost money, and trying to introduce money would be a big mistake.
But in a P4P situation money is almost always required. And in P4P situations women dress a lot hotter and are more ready for instant sex, which I love.

I said some are clean and sober. Others can be led in that direction. These are the ones my org will deal with. But we never deal with people who are "in Recovery" or "Struggling", only those who have made a clean break and can show us that this is what they really want.
And no I don't say that all relationships are P4P, I just say that financial plans and hopes are part of all walks of life.
"Most girls can't have sex with tricks sober. And many need that extra confidence boost to even get on stage" Yes, I understand this and have seen it first hand. I only disagree when you say "most", it is only some. And many will want to change at some point. And our guys will never be tricks, the women will really be impressed by them.

Most everything in this world involves money, and this includes sex between women and men.
I don't really pay for sex, except maybe in the very beginning, and even with this I am steering the girl into mistress mode.
When my organization is going strong they will know that with our guys or on our premises they are never to accept money or other consideration for sex.
The standard boy girl relationship is much more based on the expectation money than you seem to realize.
If you want to totally separate money and sex then you would have to outlaw marriage.

NiceSpice is INTP, not a good MBTI for Sex Work. I think more of a self-directed person.
When My Org sets its sites on a girl like that, we will assemble a posse of guys with a proven touch in dealing with women, and with MBTI's which are good for her. One way or another, one of them will get through to here and then be able to shepherd her tough the screening, training, and initiation. I won't need to be involved in any of that. I will want the group to grow fast, so nothing will depend on me or on my cock.

Not all of the girls are like that, needing drugs or alcohol to be there, only some of them.
And only some are living just for today because of the money.
My Org will be going after the ones who are not that way, or who can be lead away from that.

I don't think there should be drug dealers in strip clubs. They degrade the club and are completely unnecessary to it.
I suspect that in some cases there guys are the girl's pimps.

I think these girls like the Cuban guy for two reasons:
1. He fucks them.
2. He is generous with them.
In The Organization I am working to build, we will have our own women who we take care of very well.
Only have to go into direct P4P we recruiting outside women.
