Virtually every Vegas strip casino bar after 10 pm will have rentable talent sitting, sipping a drink, often alone or in a pair. Look for the small purse. Stand nearby. If she looks at you and says hi, unless you are Brad Pitt, you have struck gold. A civi will not say hi to a stranger, especially one much older than herself. Scoring in this way gets easier as we get older.
Innocent conversation will lead to what you want. Innuendo works too (getting lucky?, been lucky yet?, I haven't been at all lucky yet tonight, etc.)
Forget the phone number/escort drill when in Vegas. You're paying extra for a middle man.
No self-respecting Vegas hotel is going to allow LE to run a sting at the bar inside their (private property) casino. Not is they want to stay in business. If you get picked up by a sexy woman in a casino -- it is real -- it is NOT LE. Walking down the strip being propositioned, I am not as confident -- I think that could be a sting.

I have used the MassPort in Boston to get around -- bus and rail -- airport to hotel -- hotel to club. Very efficient.
Now if the strip clubs in Boston weren't so lame . . .

I, too, traveled extensively and had to rely on hotel yellow pages. After looking under Entertainers, Escorts, Massage, Night Clubs and Taverns, I would look under Tattoo and Pawn Shops. All of these businesses tended to be found nearby one another, it seemed. I was looking for promising streets or neighborhoods or sections of town. Near airports, just outside town, near industrial areas or run-down areas were prime real estate.
Then, I would take the rental car and my paper map and just drive and drive and drive up and down streets. Found some interesting sidewalk traffic this way, too, over the years. Wound up in some dangerous areas, too, I must admit. Lots of wasted time, but short of asking a cab driver (which I did in several cities), it worked.

You must visit elsewhere. You must tell them as you are making a U-turn at their entrance the reason for your departure. You should encourage the dorrman/toll collector to tell the owner.
This is the ONLY way to reverse this ridiculous, intrusive policy. The ONLY WAY! Capitalism can work. Vote with your feet.

Civilians, with a few exceptions, are less honorable than strippers. Strippers negotiate a specific service for cash. Quid pro quo. Everybody gets exactly what is promised.
Civilians commonly enjoy dinner, drinks, tickets, gifts and then MAYBE, just maybe, will they share their affections.
Wives commonly demand financial security 24/7/365 with even fewer, less adventurous physical pleasures rendered. When I think of the strange I could have rented by the hour instead of the $1,000s spent on wives birthdays, anniversaries and vacations and, in return, received one good missionary lay in a hotel room, it sickens.
I know i am a cynical fuck, but it is just what I've seen with my own eyes. It just seems that strippers are more truthful about the exchange without pretense.
