Wednesday Night at Pandoras
1. This is a very different review from the most recent review on USASexGuide. In that review, the dancers were complete rip-off artists. 2. For Locutusbrg: The cleanliness (or lack thereof) of men's room has been mentioned in most reviews of this club in it's ten-year history.

Only option that sucked
Sorry you were disappointed by the lack of alcohol. All Washington state strip clubs are alcohol-free. Not even BYOB allowed, like in some states.

Outfits Make the Dancer
Another aspect of a dancer's appearance, besides her costume is the volume of tattoos. I don't care for tattoos at all. So in choosing a dancer, the quantity of her tattoos is as important to me as the quality of her costume.

Club is Dead, officially gone.
@ willmunny: For proof YOU'RE welcome to: 1. Read the newspaper article on the closure posted in the discussions several months ago. 2. Call the club. See if anyone answers. 3. Call the city of Lakewood, WA business license office for the explanation. 4. Look at Deja Vu's website to see if that location is even listed anymore. 5. Drive by. See if any cars are there.

Bars (including strip clubs) ordered to close due to corona virus
Add Washington state to the list. Just yesterday restaurants, bars, and other "public gathering" places were added by Gov. Jay Inslee. That includes strip clubs. Only about 15 statewide.

Stay away from Vanessa
Great that you stood your ground! I can't believe how many staff were involved in the decision to let you stay. Good that you made eye contact with Vanessa as she left. Maybe she won't return? If anyone else spots her in the club after this, please post it here, in this review.

Tacoma Deja Vu closed for now
UPDATE: Feb. 7, 2020: I just checked the Deja Vu corporate website and it no longer lists the Tacoma club under its locations.

@Pink: Everything I stated about you came from what you posted about yourself on TUSCL. You are quick to misread posts and accuse others of .misdeeds.

@ Nof: I'd disregard any comments and posts by PinkSugarDoll. She's not a competent commentator. I've had problems with her before. Like you indicated she didn't catch that you read of certain dancers on another web site. There's nothing unusual about that, then asking questions about them here. I found your review to be very informative. Pink used to live in the Puget Sound Region and dance at the now-closed Deja Vu, Tacoma in between her many travels. Maybe also Kittens. She stated in one of her posts that she has since moved to the south. Based on some of her recent comments, my guess is she's in Kentucky. So why would she even bother to butt in on discussions about Seattle clubs, now that she's no longer part of the local scene?

Stop with the drink hustle and this club would be great
@ skinny: The AA dancer you mentioned could be "Chanel." But the last I knew she works about four nights a week, but not Saturday nights. She's also a TUSCL member. See her profile with photos at: https://tuscl.net/member.php?id=672982 I've seen her just once, and liked her very much. Hope this helps.

Seattle - kittens vs Dreamgirls Sodo
Comparing Sands to any of the Deja Vu properties, which includes any Dreamgirls club, and Devils Triangle (for. Little Darlings) is like comparing apples to oranges. A short explanation: Dreamgirls at Sodo along with Deja Vu-Seattle, and Devils Triangle are all downtown (or close by) clubs. They benefit from walk-in traffic from the hotels and nearby attractions. I refer to them as "tourist trap clubs." The dancers there will charge as much as they think they can get from customers, knowing that they're not likely to see any one customer a second time. Generally, the public impression of them is that they don't care about cultivating regulars. Sands, Pandora's, and Kittens, are the independent clubs in the region. They're locals clubs. Their dancers do like to develop regulars and give much more value in their dances. (I'll PM you with further details.)

There is a huge difference, for the reasons I've stated. Much better value at Kittens. You're welcome to try Dreamgirls at Sodo. But I suggest you plan to spend only a little money. Go mainly to see what the dancers' attitudes are like. As in the other two downtown Seattle clubs, they'll promise a lot a deliver little.

Police: Employee using fake name tied up manager, robbed Seattle strip club of $
1. @ Denim: And "much of it in $1 bills." What an idiot! 2. I live in Seattle. That's my favorite club! The last time I was there was a week before the incident. I can only think of one dancer I know that might have been on-shift at the time of the incident, 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. I suppose he was thinking that the receipts from a Saturday night before, would be the best time for his ill-planned escapade.

An All Right Conclusion to my Night
Bry: Thanks for the detail. Some "rules" can be circumvented. Maybe your dancer knew how to hide her illegal activity. The dancer I used to see there knew how to position herself and use her very long hair to conceal her activity.

An All Right Conclusion to my Night
Good update from my last time at this club. I haven't been in several years. The two-level stage description is new from what I recall, but the barrier between the stage and the audience is familiar. However, I am surprised as your mention of "more touching then it would be 40 dollars." My last knowledge of this club is that it had cameras and they were closely watched. If a male hand touched a female boob, a manager would be right over to say, "Sir, please don't touch the dancers." Sounds like the touching wasn't an issue when you were there. Do you (or anyone else reading this), know about cameras in the lap dance areas of this club?

Good ol' Pandora's - mostly good today, with one exception
@ racejeff: The cover amount and drink prices are the least important factors in a strip club trip. Those items are well-known at Pandora's. The "personal experience" you seemed to disapprove of is of great value to readers. It warned us of a predatory dancer. That's far more important than the cover amount and drink prices. So what if it doesn't meet your expectations of a review

Rough Times
The AA dancer with huge juggs was probably "Unique." Yes, she is about age 40, and is a well-known high-mileage dancer. I'm guessing the overweight blonde was "Scarlett." The "low standards" you mentioned are typical of strip clubs in general during the day shift.

First Seattle experience
For your next trip to Seattle, I recommend staying away from the three downtown/Sodo clubs: The other two being Devil's Triangle (for. Little Darlings) and Deja Vu, Seattle. Those three are all Deja Vu properties. Instead try Kittens and Pandora's. Both are reasonable distances from the downtown clubs. They're not tourist trap clubs, and cater to locals. Much better value there.

Recos?
I suggest ignoring Clubber and minnow's comments. It seems they don't understand the purpose of a review: To share the poster's experience. So what if it doesn't cover the information they want to read. Maybe those weren't important to the reviewer, who told what was important to him. This review gives a lot of helpful information about particular dancers at the club. That's of great value to the readers. @jacej: Not enough details, but too explicit? Sounds like you need to make up your mind.

Tacoma Deja Vu closed for now
I concur with both of the above. True, it isn't a review, but the review section is the best location for it. To those who have appointed themselves as the "TUSCL Review Police," note the following: Those that follow the club, will see important information about the club in the review section. If you put it in the discussion section, it may not get seen by those who would most appreciate it. Also, it saves those from seeing it that aren't interested. Remember that TUSCL has an international audience. Our members in Muncie, Indiana, Auckland, New Zealand, and Timbuktu, Mali may not care about a club closing in Washington state. Best to post it where only those who are interested will see it. @ Grand1511: If the club is closed why do you care about the dance costs?

Pleasant return after a long break
The dancer, "Intense" that you mentioned, could her name have been "Entice?" There is a dancer at Pandora's named Entice. I don't know of an "Intense." The demeanor and menu you described sounds like Entice. (I understand that in the environment of a strip club, correctly hearing a dancer's name can be challenging.)
