Tried wearing shorts to a SC once (the B&H in Edinburgh) and got much less attention than usual even though I was pretty much a regular at the time. I think the girls were definitely put off. (Well it is Scotland so its rarely really warm enough for shorts in the city.) On the other hand just 2 weeks ago I was in the FP in Edinburgh (Review just submitted) after a Scotland rugby game and there were LOADS of guys there in kilts (& no underwear)! Believe me the girls were NOT put off. Wish I'd thought of it myself!

Here in the UK this is, in my experience, very rare. It's only happened to me twice but in different cities. Both times when the clubs were quiet and I'd had time to strike up a rapport with the dancer. On each occasion the girl had sold me the idea of a 30 minute VIP session with the promise of less supervision from the bouncer and she had already been arousing my tackle with her hand(s). There's a girl I used to get dances from on a regular basis about 8 years ago in an Edinburgh club and with whom the chat easily progressed from "stripper shit" to the "middle area" once she recognised me when I came in.
