Most offenses on sandy hook, including dui, are handled either in the municipal court of the highlands or the county court house in freehold. Several friends have been busted on sandy hook over the decades for a variety of offenses.
The only way this goes to the federal courts is if local prosecutors decide to get rid of the case. Or the federal prosecutor decides he never needs this case to make a name for himself.
OT. Anyone local should take one of the bunker tours of old batteries on sandy hook.

First things first.. get a review up.
I was thinking these are too far for you but all are easily reached by bus from NY port authority or an NJ transit train and an uber. if you want to stay over night, the holiday inn express in Holmdel is close to all of these. NJ transit to the Hazlet train station. five minute uber to the hotel.
DD Hazlet often has a fair amount of black chicks. the Russians do take over some nights. I have not been there enough lately to say which nights are better for black chicks.
Fantasies in Keyport is not what i would describe as a black club but also has some WOC most nights . I've not been there since covid, they were shut down last year for a few months on some solicitation charges. The bus stop is directly across the street coming from NYC and next door to go back to nyc. The same bus line would get you to and from DD Hazlet
Club XXXv in sayreville has several WOC most nights. I avoid this club because they find a way to pick your pocket ever ten feet. Parking fee, door charge, mandatory coat and cell phone check with fees. Extra fees based on where you sit.
Centerfolds in Neptune usually is half WOC. I have no recent intel as I have not been there in a while. NJ transit to Asbury park and uber or a taxi . the hotels in asbury are expensive as the town has gentrified some. there is a hotle sharing the parking lot with Centerfolds.

reportedly he refused the breathalyzer and failed the sobriety tests. Refusing the breathalyzer in NJ is punishable as if you failed it. I predict he walks with a slap on the wrist. he has a good lawyer that is already discussing the lack of probable cause. the rich and famous usually get off. The Monmouth county court house is in freehold, his home town. if the prosecutor and judge want to continue their political careers, they will find a way to let him off the hook. They will punt if they can't. Sandy Hook is part of the national park service.

this touches on the oft asked, why strippers and not escorts?
i meet a woman in the club, take her for a vip and set up the date. that is a little over simplified. I know she isn't a cop and she knows i am not. we know what each other look like, where and when to meet and exactly what we each expect. We are the only two that know our business.
As for Eros or any of the other escort sites. Are these pictures recent? Photoshopped? are they pics of the woman i will actually meet? She wants references. they cannot be too old. she needs to at least have heard of the other escorts. I need to send pictures of my license, a URL to my facebook or linkedin profile to her scheduler. Now several people know our business. They know my real name and address. Phone calls and text messages back and forth. now at least two references and her scheduler know my business. They all promise to delete my pictures, the emails with contact info, social media and references. I have no reason to doubt this. I am concerned with how well they do it.
this is all before you even meet. A session with a stripper is almost always better than a session with an escort.

as for EROS, never ever send a deposit. you send your money directly to the girl. Eros will do nothing to get it back. they won't even remove her ad.

Stilettoes and bare exposure in AC if you live south of toms river. You cannot live an hour away and this be the closest nude club unless you live on a boat several miles off shore

mid to late 1990's . one of the motels in asbury park. years before it started to improve. Dancer at the go go that is now porta pizza told me to get a room there. she would come over after her shift. I knew her well and she had just started working at that shit hole. every step of the way i knew i should just walk away. The clerk was behind bullet proof glass. The lobby had a vending machine that included lube and condoms.
it got worse. the highlight of the night was when a local street walker followed my friend and knocked on our door. She wanted to know if we would take $20 to my friend and a BJ for me to let her and her customer in and party with us. He had enough for her but not enough for a room.
