Joker44, the dances here are "bed dances." You go into a small set of private (curtained) rooms. Each room is spacious and includes a bed that is really more like a chaise lounge as sdsu11 aptly described it. Or maybe it's more like a couch--it's totally flat. You lay down and the dancer gets on top of you. Much, much better than any sort of chair dance at other clubs.

I encountered Suki at Synn many years ago. I thought she was attractive so we went private. She wanted payment up front. I'm usually ok with that and then tip after if they're worth a tip. I paid. She danced for a minute or two then pulled the "I need to run to my locker bs..." and never came back. I've avoided her and any club I know allows her to work there. I'm in OC for a few days and had contemplated trying it here but won't.

mjpenn07. Yes, that was likely Rita. I was a regular of hers for many years--lots of fun and a former Penthouse Pet (same with her friend, Ivanka).
Mia was wonderful, too--very soft and with some amazing skills. I miss the place.

Useful review--this is my experience there. It only takes one girl to make a great night, but often there isn't one or she isn't available.

Not sure about these but I'll mention names to help others reminisce: Taylor West, Mia Michaels, Diana D'Ora, Holly Snow, Allison Armani, Chloe Rose, Amber Rhondell and Haley Simmons.
Someone told me Jenavieve Paige was another SF club but I don't know which--likely Crazy Horse, I'd guess.
Ivanka Day left a few years before they closed and is, the last I heard, still at Spearmint Rhino in Vegas.

Thanks for the review. I'll be in Vegas in a couple of weeks and was contemplating a visit. After this, I won't. I may still hit up Sapphire, but very unsure now about the quality of the Vegas experience.

There are a number of clubs in the LA/OC area where extras are available. Some are quite cheap but with mostly unattractive women. Others are mid-priced with average women. This club is on the upper end. You can get individual dances here for $20 if you’d like.

This club is always slow--what you saw was pretty typical. And you're right: No dances in the stage area; VIP dances only. With the right girl they can be very worthwhile.

Suki is definitely a ROB as I experienced years ago. I foolishly let her step out of the private room after paying her and midway through our time. She obviously never came back. That's fine: I've never gone back to Synn since that. Spearmint Rhino nearby is much better.

Definitely The Lodge. Better looking dancers and higher prices keep some riff raff out. I’ve also enjoyed the Spearmint Rhino (the original one in Dallas) but it’s sometimes a miss. It gets jumping later at night than I’m often out.
