    Lab leak theory of Covid
I think the bigger issue is that our “ scientists” and “ trusted experts” ( calling Dr Fauci ) have been assuring us 1. There was no gain of function research going on in Wuhan 2. Besides, even if there was, it’s is perfectly safe 3. In any case, the US didn’t fund the safe research that wasn’t going on It’s pretty clear this was all a lie. There has been gain of function research going on in Wuhan for years, these viruses have escaped in the past, and the US continued to fund this for reasons nobody has explained. It’s not just the Chinese but our US Government Scientists and Experts who are responsible for the death of millions.

    Lab leak theory of Covid
One of the reasons I posted the link is that the Guardian has been rabidly anti Trump, yet they admit in the article that Trump was probably right about Wuhan all along. That’s a pretty big shift and suggests the bat theory is dead. This is an ex bat. This bat is no longer among the living. This bat has expired.

    Lap dances still available ?
BSC in Phoenix has been VIP only for several years. They have a 7 up hiring policy which means dancers can refuse floor dances and still have customers clamoring for VIP.

I’m guessing there is currently an imbalance between customers ( who are rushing back to the club ) and dancers ( who are either relying on expanded unemployment or in a new job ). That could explain the take-it-or-leave-it attitude about VIP. If that’s the case, this change could temporary.

We need to get the word out on Stripperweb that things are back to normal. It’s time for all those dancers to return from their secret lairs.

    Strip Club Memerships
Only slightly related, there was a time when airline clubs had free booze and didn’t require a ticket for access. We calculated that, even paying for airport parking, it would be a great alternative to going to a regular bar Fridays after work. Never did it, but the math worked.

America’s concept of “landlord” from medieval times to the present...
Here’s a fun fact I just learned. NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio was born Warren Wilhelm. He changed his name from his German father’s name to his Italian mother’s maiden name because he thought it would be more attractive to Italian and Jewish voters. Tells you a lot about the guy.

    Darkest Club You've Been In?
I agree with the Phoenix crowd. Blue Moon and BSC. Interestingly, HiLiter is also darker than it was pre pandemic. In a perfect world, the stage would be well lit and the rest of the club dark except for just enough light to keep you from bumping into tables.

Here’s a specific example of how the left’s claim to help people is really just a scam to accumulate power. Joe Biden’s infrastructure bill is aimed at filling the pockets of his political supporters, not helping all Americans. “Biden has proposed a policy that, by some estimates, would allocate $165 billion for public transit (including urban rail — subways, light rail, and commuter rail) against only $115 billion to fix and modernize roads and bridges. Transit, which accounts for about 1 percent of overall urban and rural ground transportation, would receive nearly 60 percent of the money.” His urban base ( and the donors who build and benefit from transit ) get the money.

    Dancers ignoring customers
Lots of possibilities. Many dancers have a specific monetary goal for their shift and a plan for making it. Very few try to squeeze every possible dollar out of every customer in the club. Some focus on a small number of regulars to meet their goal. In between these regulars, they just chill out. Some focus on a certain type of customer where they’ve had success. Or, avoid a specific demographic ( say, young partygoers ) where they’ve had bad experiences.

From legalinsurection.com “After hiding behind Gaza civilians during the eleven days of conflict with Israel, Hamas leadership has come out of its hide-outs and terror tunnels to hold “victory” parades and rallies. In one such event, Gaza’s Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was seen showing off a child carrying a heavy assault rifle in his hand. The child was dressed up in camouflage and wore a headband apparently depicting the logo of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s terrorist militia. The imagery highlights Hamas’s strategy of indoctrinating Palestinian children and youth in the ideology of martyrdom and jihad warfare against Israel.”

Conservatives believe the role of government is to provide safety and order. Beyond that, most people can mostly take care of themselves most of the time. When they can’t, private charity should step in. Freedom of speech is essential to this view of the world. Socialists believe nearly everyone is incapable of taking care of themselves. It is only with the guidance and control of a small number of leaders at the top that anyone can survive. Anyone who questions this view of the world must be cancelled.

The first rule of economics is you get more of what you subsidize. We are rewarding people who sit on their asses and complain about people who pay taxes and keep the wheels of life spinning. These slugs sit in their government provided housing eating government provided food using government provided phones to complain that nobody ever gives them a break.

So, ICEE says slanderous ( and false ) things about Christians and Jews. Yet, in his mind, we are the bigots. You accuse others of what you yourself are guilty of to assert the moral high ground. It’s not working.

Thee are literally 8 Million job openings in America right now. Many good paying jobs in health care, construction, and modern factories are begging for someone to fill jobs paying $40,000-$60,000. You say you want to overcome poverty ? Here’s an idea so wild, it might just work. Go get a fucking job.

Hamas launched hundreds of Iranian missiles against Israel, killing school children. Israel responded in a precise ( and clever ) manner that destroyed missile launch sites and killed a lot of the Hamas leadership in their underground facilities. Incidentally, many Palestinian civilians died from the highly inaccurate Iranian missiles. In my mind, that makes Hamas the terrorist and Israel the justified defender of its innocent population. This could all end tomorrow if Hamas recognized Israel’s right to peacefully exist. The Palestinians would be able to form their own independent nation and foreign aid would flood in. That offer has been made time and time again, and rejected by whoever is in control of Gaza and the West Bank
