Until Congress places term limits on themselves our system cannot change. A few terms in Congress should not create generational wealth for someone. Middle class America doesn’t have a lobby group working on their behalf, instead everyone else gets their benefits at the expense of those just trying to raise their kids and live an average life.
The wackos representing the extremes on both sides are setting the agenda. It is sad that I don’t think my kids (both early 20’s) will be able to have a life better than mine. The government has amassed such massive debt that it cannot be paid off without insane tax rates.
