Definitely, one of the best club visits of all SC I have ever visited. Prices were great and the selection of girls was fantastic! Absolutely, a repeat visit in the future. Cover charge was $10 and they both scanned my ID and patted me down. The biggest difference between day and night is the cover charge AND scan. I am not a huge fan of the Id scan at night. The bald bouncer was eager to find me a seat in a half full club. Of course he hovered for a tip. I gave him a couple of bucks to be rid of him. Then I sat and waited for a waitress, after about 5 minutes I gave up and went to the bar. $5.50 for a draft. Parking lot was well-lite and 3/4 full. No charge for parking and no valet. No concerns for safety. Desert you are correct 3 urinals not 2 urinals and a troll. Troll was quiet but engaged when I spoke to him. Weird, He left around 1130. Mark 94 and Desert both recommend daytime only visits. However, I was pleasantly surprised on my evening visit to compare and contrast atmosphere and talent. 30ish customers spread out across the bar and chairs. Roughly 20-30 dancers at 11. 50% of the girls speak zero English due to a heavy Latina influence. However, lap Dancing is a universal language so it is all good. HL during the day is mostly business, check out the MIlfs before they head to daycare or school to pick up their kids. The evening crowd tended to be a little younger. Either way, There is a constant churn in the VIPs. However, The evening girls seemed to stay longer till close. The best thing going at either day or night is the $10 table dances. YMMV. Definitely try a variety before committing. The evening girls push the VIPs harder. $25 per dance. $5 of the $25 goes to the club. I have heard from other mongers that HL at night is about the party, but I disagree. The night vibe is little louder music but the number of dancers and patrons was nearly the same for a wed night versus daytime wed. Both times, there was zero patrons next to the single stage tipping. It is definitely not a make it rain club which I don’t prefer anyways. The girls also don’t make the rounds demanding tips. I was also told that a lot of 20s something dancers enjoy the night time more as the dancers get burned out faster. I was told Girls can only party for so long. Whereas, the veteran dancers seem to prefer the daytime atmosphere more. Not exactly true on my Wednesday night. Lots of veterans working that night. However, I can conclude that I noticed only marginal difference between the 1-3 daytime and 11-2 evening crowds. The talent at day and night were about equal. Nice spice, I have to disagree HL is not ghetto at night. 😉 Overall, solid evening experience for a week day or night. If you want to lay low and avoid detection go during the daytime. If you are ok with an ID scan and want a slightly younger vibe, try evening. I don’t think you will be disappointed with either. I would like to try Bourbon next visit to PHX as a club comparison. Slipped into HiLiter around noon. Still the same doormen welcoming you and asking to seat you. I’ve lately been letting them lead me to a table and like the right side of the club along the bar. I’m not going to rehash the bar is on the right, stage straight ahead and VIP back over the left shoulder. Shockingly quiet for a Wednesday at noon and only about 9 girls to start, mostly Cubans. I always find one or two that interest me and spent the next hour and a half talking and getting $10 table dances. Around 1:30 noticed Scrubbys friend “No-Chin” at the bar and literally moments later a regular talking to him that had to be Scrubby himself. Well, maybe not but his actions fit the persona. The club continued to get busier and soon found myself having a great conversation with a long time dancer named Fancy. This little gal is likely mid 30s but it’s hard telling. I’ve done a couple VIPs with her in the past and while she does a great job, I was never impressed. This time I tried VIP with her again and had a WONDERFUL six songs with her that were not over the line of rules (very far) but incredibly HOT! Seems I always find a good to great time when I visit this place. Will likely always be a favorite.

I was in the area, had an hour to kill, so I decided to make my first Hi Liter visit. It was a rare dreary cloudy day in the valley of the sun, so I could actually see as I entered. Some tables straight ahead and then the single stage against the back wall. Bar/grill along the right wall (as you enter) and more tables and chairs along the left. About half occupied by dancers. The washrooms are in the back on the left. Private dance booths along the front on the left as you come in. Music was a reasonable level, and even some classic rock for us old guys. Greeted by a friendly doorman. No ID check or cover charge on a Sunday afternoon at 3p. He led me to one of the tables on the left. Within minutes a hot waitress took my order. Two small Kilt Lifter IPA draft beers for $7. She wore a see through mesh thong body suit, was cute, and had butt length brown hair. And was very nice, $2 tip per round. Settled in and was approached immediately by a 50+ petite asian about a dance. I passed and said maybe later. Got my beers and was approached by Stella. A tall mid-40s brunette with double Ds and a cottage cheese butt. I have that kind of butt at home and see it everyday. I don't want to PAY to see it here. A parade of tatted up Cubans came by but none were me type. I do have to say all the girls were nice when I said "no thank you" and walked away without complaining/attitude. My time was about half over when the waitress came by to refresh my drinks. She was my type so I asked if she did dances. Sadly she does not. I was beginning to think I was going to leave without a dance when Out of the corner of my eye I saw a cute, petite gal with A/B cups and waved here over. Her name was Andrea, and was Cuban. She said she came to the US as a baby, so her english was good. She was about 5'4" with mid-back brown hair. She had no or not very noticeable tattoos. I'd put her at mid-20s tops. We started with a floor dance to see if private would be worthwhile. Her grind was top notch and she pulled her cute little boobs out. So after one dance we went to the private booths. She dropped her top and gave me access to her cute little eraser tip nipples. The excellent grind continued and her leg was used to make sure I was at full attention. Was fine with hands everywhere except under her thong. Went three dances and brought it to an end as I had to go. One floor and three private dances for $85. Gave her $100 total and hit the road. Will return when nearby.

Most of my stops into the Hi-Liter are during the daytime, but I was bored on a recent Saturday night and decided to give it another nighttime visit. I arrived around 10pm, parking lot was maybe 2/3 full. Cover charge was $10 and they both scanned my ID and patted me down. There was a bouncer inside the door anxious to find me a seat in a half full club. Of course he hovered for a tip. I gave him a couple of bucks to be rid of him. Then I sat and waited for a waitress, after about 15 minutes I gave up and went to the bar. $5.50 for a Bud Light draft. There were easily 20-30 dancers working. Lots of Latinas and Cubans with some black and white girls mixed in. I think they were mostly twentysomethings. I'd rate the girls in the 5-9 range, with most sitting around a 6. Of the 20-30 girls working, there only about 3-4 that I had any interest in getting dances from. One tall lean blonde with perfect B cups and a perky ass, unfortunately I didn't get her name and she never made it anywhere close to me. The only dancer that I recognized from my daytime excursions was Shanti, she's a petite hard bodied Cuban who always gives good dances. The $10 dances on the floor are what they are, it really depends on the girl, typically you can get a decent grind and may be able to cop a feel, although I did notice that one of the hotter girls didn't even take her top off. If the floor dances are good, take it to $25 VIP area, the dances back there are almost always better. Overall, this visit, not so good, I was in and out in less than an hour and this was on a Saturday night. Who knows, maybe it gets better later. Anyways, the daytime at this club is vastly superior to the nighttime at this club, go during the day, try somewhere else at night.

I made a quick stop at Hi Liter before returning my rental car. Parking lot was almost full at 4PM. No Cover or ID scan. I found a table and ordered a drink from a tall blonde waitress who asked me if I want my usual. I told her that I have only been here 1 time before. She told me that she remembers everyone's drink. I had read the previous few reviews on the number of urinals. There are actually 3, but one is so low to the ground that you would have to get on your knees to use it without missing. This place must have been a family restaurant decades ago because of the child urinal. I did not get any VIP dances this visit, but I got floor dances from 6-7 dancers. I got 2 floor dances from Sandra. She has dark hair and her dances were average. I got 3 floor dances from Sophia. She looks South American or Cuban. Her floor dances were actually pretty good. Her hands accidentally touched me a lot. I got 2 floor dances from Chloe before she was called on stage. She is a larger blonde from Idaho. After she finished on stage, she returned to my table and asked if I would buy her a drink. I don't know what she ordered, but it was $15 during happy hour. We talked for a while and then I got a few more floor dances from her. She would look really good if she dropped 15-20 pounds. I got a few floor dances from a dancer who told me that she was 47 and would visit me at my hotel on my next trip to Phoenix. No thanks, she was much older than me. When I was leaving, I was stopped by a dancer that was standing by the entrance. She told me that I cannot leave until I get some dances from her. I agreed and got 2 floor dances from her. Her name was something like Bre and she was from Hawaii. She was attractive but she did not remove her top during the floor dances. While I was there, they were advertising their 60 year anniversary which will be celebrated on December 1st and 2nd. They said that all former Hi Liter dancers are welcome to attend the big reunion and celebration. They said they would have specials but did not say what the specials were. Probably drink specials and not dance price specials. I left around 6PM to catch my flight. I was expecting more from this place because of all the reviews. On my next trip to Arizona, I plan on going to Christies but will try to avoid Nicole.

Kind of odd setup, there was ZERO stage tipping i cant say it better than him! but i will correct him - there are THREE urinals in the men's room haaaaaa Parking lot is tough as some fuckers can figure out how to park in the lines, so some days it is a mess. (starting to think they do this on purpose to get their cars hit) Tuesday was slow for customers but not dancers, so the ratio was in the clients favor actually got a dance from a BLONDE THIN CUBAN (possibly named paula???) large tat on her back and left me curious about VIP after a few songs other highlights/lowlights got dances from some romanian chick, ambrossa or some shit like that - MAJOR CALL OUT: SHE ONLY DOES VIP DANCES - well her VIP dances sucked shit and if you meet a dancer that says she only does VIP - fucking RUN, RUN FAST and dont spend your money with her (see this is why you subscribe to TUSCL)! Went to VIP with a dancer named from the Rocky Mountains so i will keep it discreet - have a great time getting to know her (highly recommend) blond alert - again with discretion.. something from the state of New Jersey was there - fantastic look and it appeared she like the 'shake weight' in VIP if you know, you know.... well some good tips there - sat at the bar most of the unless i was getting dances - avoid the brunette from romania weearing black and choker thing....

Same day day and evening visit of Hi Liter. This review will just encompass the daytime. This was my first PHX visit so I got advice on the numerous Liao clubs and by far the recommendation was HI Liter day shift for the MILFs. No cover for a daytime visit and No ID scan. I entered around 12 and the parking lot was 1/3 full. I Got 2 drinks for happy hour. Coke was fountain and carbonation was not good. Coke prices were $4. Super reasonable prices. Cocktails $7. Vip dances were $25 and Table dances were only $10. Single stage were girls did 2 song sets. Kind of odd setup, there was ZERO stage tipping. The reason I think is there was so many girls hitting guys up for table dances no one went to the stage for dances. Girls are all independent contractors. They pay $25 to dance for the day. Earn $20 per VIP and $10 for their table dances. A manager tracks the dance count. Facility: Parking was spacious and lighting was so so. Bathroom: 2 urinals and a daytime troll. Super friendly and chatty troll. Bouncers made a normal walk around the facility every 3-5 minutes. My bouncer was the bearded gentlemen. Upon arrival bouncers asked where you wanted to sit. I thought there was going to be a charge for close parking. There was 10ish customers and 15-20 dancers at noon. Overtime it got busier and by 2:00 the club was packed with both dancers and customers, easily 30 customers. By far, Hi Liter is the busiest daytime establishment I have ever seen. 6 girls sat along the back wall and were on their phones. Yet, there was plenty of girls making the rounds to each table. The key: start spending money and the girls just flocked towards you. Girls: Mostly white/Latina club. I say 50% only spoke Spanish. Sandra-large but beautiful Cuban 7. 6 girls in wall. Red head Claire is a waitress and commented before by many others, she is smoking hot! Andrea: Cuban girl with fake tits bigger 5. Biola: Skinny cute girl with Small tits. Only speaks Spanish. 7 Belle: voluptuous white girl, super tiny green Bikini. 7 Tony: dark hair from NY. Danced waaay to slow. Air dances mostly. 5 Angel: fake tits, Ebony. Very friendly and fantastic dances. 7. Daisy: dark hair with real tits. I mistook her for Belle. Good dances 6. The local PHX members were all right, Hi liter is an amazing club. And Desert scrub you should know, not a club add. Thanks for the rec 😉 Overall, one of the best daytime visits of all clubs I have ever visited. I now see what others have been saying recently. Hi Liter is back with good talent and an enjoyable experience. I’ve been pretty negative on Hi Liter so far this year because of the overwhelming presence of chunky Cuban dancers combined with ID scanning, But, today was a return to quality dancers and a high level of fun. I was there from about 1 to 3. No cover, no ID scan. The floor guy led me to a seat along the wall. In past visits, the wall was filled with Cuban dancers tying up prime lap dance seats. This time, I had my pick of seats and quickly grabbed the desirable corner seat. There were 10-15 customers and 15-20 dancers. It stayed that way till about 2:30 when more customers arrived and the Moms started to leave. I prefer slender, pretty dancers and one third to one half of the dancers met that description. Pretty amazing. Only a handful of Cuban dancers. I got floor and VIP dances from Amore, an Italian dancer I reconnected with for the first time in 3 years. She’s a former professional dancer ( the real kind ) and provides a sensual dance. Next up was Desire, an extremely tall, slender AA blonde. Her lap dances were very good, predicting a good VIP experience. I didn’t take her up on VIP but likely will next time. Jawanna was a petite white dancer with a fun personality and innovative dance moves. Again, I predict she would also be fun in VIP. Next time. Fancy is a long time favorite who I hadn’t seen in months. At least for me, she provides a GFE. She is petite and has a way of making you feel special. I enjoyed VIP with her very much. She probably doesn’t get as much attention as the wanna dance girls, but she has a loyal following with those she connects with. Hi Liter is back to being my favorite club.

I’ve been stopping in this place every other week, so this review culminates my experience over two recent visits. Club details? Why? There’s a bar and a stage with 2 stripper poles, one that doesn’t spin and one that spins. If that’s not enough details to satisfy your needs, then I suggest you sit and spin on my middle finger! Needless to say there has been an uptick in talent over the summer and some of those dancers names I’ve gotten dances from are Mallory, Mystery, Hazel, Toni, Tiny, and Nina. All are likely in their late 20’s and have athletic spinner bodies and a couple all natural curvy yet proportional, too. The group of Cubans along the wall are still there occupying space, but feel free to ask one of them to get up and give you their chair if you can’t find a spot to sit, because sometimes the bouncers won’t say anything to them. I’m not a fan of the few Cubans that congregate because they only do “wanna dance” providing a not too intimate experience with a lack of English. The only Cuban I’ve gotten dances from is Katherine, because she is the only one that comes close to my preference body type. Mallory is a spinner with a pretty face and athletic body. She is hard to corral since she spends time with majority of white hair gentlemen. So when I tipped and asked for some dances she was able to accommodate. Nothing too shocking to tell you as I only did floor dances $10 song, but having that ass in your lap is worth it for a few songs. Good enough to give her $40 for 3 songs, and I hope to repeat and build some rapport with her. Then I moved onto Mystery, and this girl has an all natural c cup with soft and somewhat athletic ass to her. Her nipples are peirced and she placed them comfortably onto my body, but unfortunately not in my face. Not a fan of piercings but they didn’t distract from excellent dances. If you get a chance, dance with her as I think she has a Persian ethnicity look to her which is rare to find. Quite the dream girl and made a great first impression. I got only 3 dances from her before having to leave. She said she works sporadically. Then Nina arrives, and I had to stay for 3 more songs. Nina is an athletic AA spinner with an ass that fits perfectly in your lap. All girls will dance within standard regulations, yet won’t shy away from having you place your hands on them. Sort of a good combo for $10/song. None pushed for VIP, so I have no reports on whether mileage goes up. I get a Jack and Coke for $10 to chill out, sometimes two. The following week I went in on a Wednesday again and meet Toni, who is a veteran dancer with a sweet disposition and spinner body. Great conversation with a good floor dance. She only asked for vip once, but I’m glad I waited for the next girl Hazel. All natural with perfect c cups and shapely hips and ass in an athletic way. Softest skin and possibly mixed ethnicity. I went to vip with her and after a couple songs I am hooked. I only wish I could have more time to spend getting to know her. Finally I see Tiny and she is also AA spinner whom I’ve had good dances. Some will say there experiences here aren’t up to par, but I’ve noticed if you spot a dancer you like you should go up to them and tip on stage to let them know you’re interested in dances instead of waiting for them to come to you. These dancers get a lot of no’s, and will gladly pay you time if you let them know your interest. It saves them time and they appreciate it, otherwise you may have to spend your time at the club shooing away a bunch of Cubans. So many guys will just sit and drink without making a move. I am not an otc person, but historically dancers like to supplement their income with these arrangements. None of these dancers I mentioned offered outside services, but I did get a different dancer who will remain anonymous that told me upfront she meets outside the club, as she was fairly new from out of state, and provided a good enough standard handsy floor dance while stick shifting me and tonguing my ear. Hiliter is consistent lately, and during the daytime that’s good for someone that only has an hour or less to have some drinks and blow off some steam. Other clubs are good too if you are a regular status with a dancer, and Hiliter is good if you want to look for a new regular. Beware, the dancers here tend to lower their service performance when tourist season comes around in the winter, so get here before then and you should be happy. Ciao bitches!

First time here.Came here on a Sunday afternoon about 5pm. Place was lively and great when I arrived . Plenty of friendly not-pushy offers for dances. I’m not interested in talking, I’m there for lap dances. Had a cuban girl come ask if I wanted a dance. Floor dance let me know she would be fun and off to the VIP area we go. Couple amazing dances in VIP from a Cuban girl who’s name I can’t remember. She gives a GREAT dance hand and fingers allowed to roam everywhere, feeding welcome. Since it was my first girl I was interested in checking out the rest of the talent, this was a poor decision as she was by far the best of my time there. Things quickly got quieter . Stage dances stopped happening. Girls started disappearing. Got a couple more floor dances and one more VIP but nothing to write home about. By the time I left there was like 3 girls left all tied up with other customers which queued my exit. But man if I knew that cubans’s name and when she works I would definitely come back just for her!

Originally thought about trying other clubs for the weekend day shift, but the crowded parking lot of HiLiter convinced me to give this place another try. No cover and surprisingly no ID check. Maybe I am starting to look old lol. Drinks were 2-for-1 and I got my Jack ‘n Cokes for ~$10. Some veterans are still here, but a good amount of the girls started here post COVID. I noticed an old favorite, Tracy, was there. Not a spring chicken, but she is a blonde that is my type with the tits on a stick euphemism. She was busy with a customer, so it gave me ample time to check the scene. There were only ~2 other girls I might have been interested in. After Tracy finished her VIP with the other customer, I got ample floor dances and eventually headed to the VIP myself. Main difference between VIP and floor is the former allowed feeding and over the panties groping. Aside from drinks, all my budget went to Tracy this visit. For those interested, she says she is mostly day shifts Tuesday and Sunday.

What can I say- it was the typical HiLiter experience. Went with a friend and we each spent over $500 over the course of the afternoon (including food and drinks). I don’t go to the back room but had two dancers try to convince me to for extras. Had a great dance from a woman whom I think was named Jovanna or what sounded like Obama. Super friendly and let my hands roam. A cute Latina with a nice ass offered extras and gave a decent dance, but I don’t recall her name. Lastly, ran in to a dancer I’ve seen since she started there MANY years ago and have had some OTC fun with, Fancy. Will be giving her a call later for sure. With the right amount of money anything you want is up for grabs. Place has a great day shift and the food is decent. Drinks are pricey.
