The Definition of TOFTT

First review of HL in almost 4 months...after visiting, no wonder there are no recent reviews.

Pulled in shortly after opening. I've been coming to this club for 25 years, often as either the first or one of the first customers, and I have never seen the parking lot so empty. At best, a half dozen cars parked, meaning once you count a doorman, a waitress, a bartender a DJ, and a day manager, there can only be one dancer at most there.

I enter and the club is empty, no music playing, and the doorman is talking to the DJ up front. He quickly and politely comes back to greet me, and does a wrist scan for temp check. Asks me where I'd like to sit and then walks me over to the wall seats. I reach into my pocket to tip him a buck, and he's already walking away, so I just sit down. Waitress comes by and I order my Coke, still $4 w/a $1 tip.
