Wanna dance?

Hiliter, used be one of my favorites, is still a place I popped in once in a while. Parking lot was maybe ½ full, so I know it’s not that busy. Bouncer had to use a quick temp check, checked my ID and made me take off my mask (I’m like really?) A quick weapon check then off to pay the cashier. It’s $7 cover and I left her the rest as tips.

Entry is a bit different now as I needed to wait for another bouncer to be available to seat me. Not too long and he comes over wearing a full-face shield but no mask. He gave me a choice of bar or table. I always choose the bar first, so he got me a spot between the bar and kitchen area.

Just as I expected it wasn’t busy at all which is odd because Hiliter is usually busy. Not long before the bartender came by to get my drink order. I ordered my usual (Vodka/Cranberry) and it cost $7.50. I don’t know what this place is doing but who still carries quarters at this COVID-19 era? They should just charge the drink 7 or 8 bucks.
