Your profile should have information on your account status. If I were to take a guess, based on the date of your last review the time might be up.

Oops! My Bad. It's been quite a while since I've been a contributor. Years ago you would get six months membership for a contribution. I'm back in the US now, but unemployed, so I can't visit the clubs as much as I used to.

It's still, as far as I know, one free month's membership for every review...as long as it's been at least a month since you've reviewed the specific club that you are submitting a review for.
