Alias?

steve229
Last club I was in, dancer comes over and joins me at my table. She asks my name and I tell her. She gives me this real skeptical look and says, "so what's that, your alias?" Not sure how she got the idea, but she remained convinced I had given her a fake name. Sort of got me thinking that maybe I should be using one. So, anyone routinely use a alias?

The only name a dancer is interested in is Benjamin Franklin.

I have no problem using my alias, I pull it off rather well. During the Cold War, the military actually changed my name for a few years and people who met me during that time find it surprising that I have a real name.

Perhaps you have a too common real name, Steve.

First name is good enough for me. I use an alias on TUSCL but not in clubs. I agree with SuperDude - the really important name is Benjamin Franklin (but also Hamilton, Jackson, and Grant.) Lincoln - well probably not so important. Jefferson -- well, better than Lincoln. Twice as good in fact. In FACT, ya get anuff Jeffersons, ya can make a car down payment. NO SHIT

No alias, but if I were so inclined, it should be some double-phallic name like "Peter O'Toole." How did one of the most accomplished and celebrated actors of the 20th century get so far using what could have been one of the ultimate porno names?

I always answer, "My nickname is Otis."

feh. i give em my real name. and then tell them its my porn name. it confuses them.
after all, when a girl introduces herself as "dangerous", i dont ask if she was named after anyone.

I've got to use my alias since I am known in my area. I'm amazed at how many girls remember my name.

I figure the dancers don't use their real names so why should I. The first time a dancer asked me my name I just said the 1st name that popped into my head (it was close to Xmas so I said Chris). Now that is my club name.

It depends on the dancer. Some tell their real noame and then say what their stage name is. Those that come up to me and give me a stage name, deserve an alias in return.

I have an alias that I've used since my school days. I still use it on occasion, but rarely in a club. My name is so common, that in most instances, I would bet there was another in the club with the same name.

I like to be called/remembered by my real name, John. Is there any more common name? Like, Bro, I have nothing to hide. I also answer to candy man and shadowcat. Yes, there are many favorites that know that I post on here. I even share my posts with those that don't have computers.

I don't see anything to gain by lying about my name.

I don't give my real name. I have a club alias which I always use, and which dancers can feel free to associate me with. So, it's essentially, my "double life" name.

Sometimes when a girl asks, I reply with some wisecrack like, "Why do you need to know, CRYSTAL?" and say her obviously-fake stripper name really pointedly. Especially if it's one of those no-normal-human-would-ever-have-this-name stripper names. Cadillac, Bubbles, Montana ...

Here's a trick...Next time they ask your name.

Wait ten minutes...it they stick around that is....if she goes for the close (you wanna Dance?). Say yeah... but not unless you can tell me my name.

I love to watch them squirm....Then rag on them about being only interested in the money. Great place to start the negotiations.

Book Guy - My favorite was the dancer who said her name was "Alexis." Later, during a lap dance, I saw she had "Tiffany" tattoo'd on her back!

StripShopper - Yes, the girl that keeps calling you "sweetie," "baby" or "papi" has totally forgotten your name. The smarter girls / experienced hustlers will use your name several times in conversation after first meeting you (Sales 101 technique)and will likely remember it on your next visit.

My fav has actually given me an alias in her club (she says I look like a character in a movie) so now everyone knows me by that name at that club. It's fun and I just go with it.

At another club, after I had introduced myself to one of the dancers, she repeats it almost everytime she makes a comment. I suppose to help her remember it and sales 101 technique as steve said above. She never remembers it the next trip though, which I think is funny.

I did use an alias at one club, but it was by accident. Dancer on stage had asked my name, but when I told her she must have heard it wrong, because when she came over to my table she called me "Stan." She was cute and seemed sweet, so I didn't say anything about it. Our waitress was friends with the dancer and would sit with us when she wasn't busy, so she started calling me Stan too. When I finally left both girls hugged me and said "Bye, Stan!"

I stick with real name in conversation, but the few clubs that have a sign in sheet, I pick some cute alias like "Peter O'Toole, Jim Nasium, Hugh G. Rection".
