I travel 30 -50 minutes and run into people I know all the time.

20-30 miles. Nothing closer.
The clubs near me mostly suck so I mostly hobby when I'm traveling, which is pretty often. No interest in running into people I know at a club. Not clubbing close to home helps with budgeting though I probably would spend less on each visit if I were going to clubs close to home.
Yes 20 to 30 miles. I’ve run in to dudes I know occasionally. Usually no big deal.
One time when I was really young I ran into the jerkoff husband of my girlfriend’s sister at the Harem Lounge go go bar at the Oasis Hotel in Camden NJ, which was only about 5 miles from my house. He promptly told his wife who then told my girlfriend where he saw me. That wasn’t great for our relationship, she cried, etc, but she was a hot girlfriend and we stayed together for a while. I thought he’d follow the unspoken man code and keep the encounter between on the DL, but no. That prick was a probation or parole officer and he told his ditzy wife he was at this sleazy go go bar for work. No fucking way. When I first saw him there he had a dancer sitting in his lap. She was a dumb broad who believed him I guess.
20-90 minutes, depending on which club I go to. I have gone to clubs in order parts of the country, but only because I was already traveling there, not just to visit a club.
In my own town of LA, 45-60 minutes (depending on traffic). Otherwise other clubs when I happen to be in that city.
Sadly, 2 hours if I want reliable extras oriented clubs which would be the Tampa FL tri county area.
About an hour. Clubs are better and I've never ran into anyone I know. I have been to the closest clubs, about 20 minutes. There I have run into people I know. Prefer not to.
Every club in Maryland (both DC suburbs & Baltimore) is within 45 minutes of my residence.
30 to 60 miles
I’m about 45 minutes from Clancys in Bloomfield Nj and 75 minutes from Playhouse Lounge in Burlington NJ. But problem is I have no legit need to go to those towns, so normally I go when I’m in the area for something work related, And hit other clubs out of the area when on business travel. I used to go to Fox Tails in Manville as that was like 10 minutes from my office, but both that office closed as did Foxtails,
The farthest I will go from here in Indianapolis is the Hiphugger in Kokomo. I have been there several times. I have been to strip clubs a few times in other Indiana towns like Anderson or Lafayette. I made one trip to Vegas and saw some of the strip clubs there.
at my kingman Arizona house i’m an hour and a half from las vegas and 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix and seven hours from tijuana.
When I’m at the cabin in the mountains of Southern California, I can go anywhere in the LA and OC area in an hour and a half depending on traffic. And tijuana is 2 1/2 hours away.

The one club I like to go to is a 2 1/2 hour trip. The closest club is about a 45 minute trip.
130 miles or more. I used to go to one of the three local clubs, but they have all begun scraping new bottoms in terms of dancer looks and overall enjoyment. There are three clubs within 10 miles, and then nothing for two hours.
When I'm up north, I'll drive about 60-90 minutes to a club where my CF dances. When I'm in FL for the winter about 40 minutes to the Pompano Triangle...

@nj_pete how was Fox Tails? It looked like it was located in a house. I went by it once or twice on way to Torpedoes I believe. Odd location.
My most local club has lost its appeal due to relatively low mileage and no longer having my x-ATF there; thus it is 2 or 3 hrs to a "good" club; I also try to hit clubs when I travel but that comes with its own limitations
Like docsavage for years I would make the 100 mi drive to the Hugger 2 to 3 time a month. Now it's 60 miles to Kalamazoo
While stuck in the SC wasteland that is Cincy I once drove 100 miles each way to the sure-thing dive SC Pussycat Lounge in Louisville. That was unusual. While on my home turf I'll drive 20-30 minutes tops. While travelling for work I'll try to strategically select SCs that are not too far off the direct route (Delilah's in Manville, NJ isn't really conveniently on the way to anywhere but I'll make it work). I also like to pick hotels walking distance from SCs where possible, so I can get my drink on

To answer the question, though, for me to regularly visit a club, roughly 1,200 miles away is my usual limit, assuming it's a city that I like anyway...
I used to like a juice bar near me. No booze, so 18-year olds could enter. I stopped going there when my own kids got into high school; did not want to run into kids I had coached on little league team.
