Any “extra clubs” central NC?

Man, NC is not know for it's clubs. My limited experience clubbing there has been terrible mileage, definitely no extras or OTC to speak of.

Rick's in Raleigh, Men's Club Charlotte, and Treasure Club (which it looks like you've already visited) seem to get the most attention and best ratings here, but I wouldn't expect extras at any of them.

Maybe drive to Atlanta? Or look at flights to DTW, FLL, or SAN (Tijuana)?

This used to be a solid yes answer, sadly it's not anymore, and with the legal changes in the state I expect most folks even if they knew of a solid yes probably wouldn't share simply because of how serious the charges are now.

Atlanta is a good option, though also not nearly what it was. Florida is the best in the US (esp SE FL). Ample pockets elsewhere, but that's where you will find the nice combination of solid talent, reasonable prices, and a lower risk of getting shot/robbed in the club.
