I recommend BTs Executive.

Lots of variety, everything is available. Girls will just tell you prices, but I’ve had plenty of experience with just telling them what I want (hj at the most) and for how long and for how much I’m willing to spend.

DTW airport is in Romulus, so The Landing Strip in Romulus will be a good place for you. Haven't been in a few years, but they had hot girls. I got dances from one. They were good. There are girls there who do extras, but if "heavy contact" is what you're looking for, you will find it there. Also, Flight Club in Inkster has hot girls. At either of these clubs you can negotiate what you're looking for and find a dancer who will provide it. Both those clubs are about a 10 min drive from the airport. Flight Club will be a little more expensive overall.

BTs - a step down from Landing and Flight in dancer quality, but I’ve seen a stunner there at times over the years.

Just a note, there’s been times where I’ve actually used a hotel shuttle to take me to the nearby clubs.

Also the order I listed them are the closest to the furthest from most airport hotels.

Flight Club and Landing Strip are both "mandatory valet" clubs. You can't park down the street and walk to the club, they insist on holding your car keys. You can probably take an Uber. They're both mandatory coat check clubs. They both nickel and dime you. If a dancer claims you owe her money, you won't get your keys or coat until you pay. But, some guys like these clubs.

Personally I like bogarts and Henry's. No valet, no coat check. If a dancer claims you owe her money you can tell her to fuck off and drive away. Bogarts has excellent food not expensive. My favorite afternoon slut is Nichole at Henry's. She aims to please!

To be fair to OP, he should know that Bogarts and Henry's are the "dive" bars of Detroit area strip clubs. OP is looking specifically for "super hot girls." Bogarts and Henry's don't exactlty have an abundance of those. You may find a couple diamonds in the rough if you're lucky, but Landing Strip and Flight Club have a much higher dancer quality and it's easy to find hot girls at those two places.

Agree with Shailynn that BT's is a step down from Landing Strip and Flight Club in terms of dancer quality. I'd skip it entirely because it's no closer from DTW than Landing Strip or Flight Club, (5ish mins longer of a drive actually), but the girls aren't as hot. Most of the girls at BT's are heroin junkies, I'll add.

OP, can you give a ballpark figure of how much you'd like to spend total (including drinks, dances, tips, valet if applicable, etc)? We can point you in the right direction.

I'll second Nina's vote for Landing Strip. That's been my favorite club as a DTW visitor. Flight Club can be inconsistent (definitely don't go to Flight during the day shift).

I'm with Nina on these, but I'd add criket.... it's hit or miss but you can have a great time if you meet the right girl. It's impossible to predict, but these clubs are the best option in the area you chose.
