What are your favorite VIP positions for the performer for pre-LDK play, LDK, and post-LDK? Answers may vary depending on whether the club insists on a sitting or lying VIP.

Oh you forgot some of my favorites....standing, doggy, 69, etc etc...

69 is the worst position known to mankind.
