b-movie stars of yesteryear

I run across some weird shit when I use google to cheat on crossword puzzles. I'd heard of Tuesday Weld but wondered just who she was. This site came up in my search:

Check out some of the galleries (Tuesday is not one of the good ones but she's in Gallery 6) Some of these ladies would look great in a g-string. (I had to relate this to strip clubs somehow)

I don't remember the name of the movie, but in a 1980 movie, co-starring Martin Mull she has a well lit and lengthy nude scene. It's the only time I saw her in a movie.

Yea, Yvette Vickers and Tuesday Weld...va-va-voom! Edy Williams was a tad chunky for my taste.

Are you talking about "Serial" dude?

BTW-like to get a quick plug in for my fave movie.

"Get Crazy" is an early 80's T & A movie with wild politically incorrect humor and awesome concert performances. BB King (acting under a nom de plume) is fall down funny as King Blues. At a funeral for a fellow blues player he says:"Lord, if you don;''t look after my friend, I'll come after you and WAX YOUR ASS!!" Later on, he goes to a theater and finds that they screwed up on musicians to back him up:"I said a BLUES band not a JEWS band"!!

Punk Rocker NANA is great, with her 15 member girl punk band.

Malcolm McDowell apes Mick Jagger playing Reggie Wanker. One highlight is Reggie having a discussion with his dick.

    Fall down funny stuff.

Since she was brought up, there is a picture of Tuesday Weld on the Matthew Sweet album "Girlfriend". Not that they play his music in stripclubs or anything, but...

No contest. The winner was Verna Lisi in "How to Murder Your Wife" starring Jack Lemmon. A distant second would be Rebecca DeMornay in "Risky Business." The scene where she does Tom Cruise in a subway car is one of my all-time favorites. She wins my vote as best movie hooker ever.

FONDL: I agree with you about Rebecca and Risky Business but that was hardly a "B" movie.

Shadowcat, I guess neither of them were. I don't see many B movies and don't much remember them if I do. Unless you want to consider the original "And God Created Woman" starring Bridget Bardot a B movie, which I travelled quite a distance to see in it's original limited US theater run around 1958. It was worth it. Wow!
