Crazy Horse Too LV Open??

A review of the Crazy Horse Too Las Vegas was posted on March 15. I'm a little confused, becasue I thought the CH2 was still closed. From the LV newspapers there are a few buyers for the club under consideration, but the deals keep falling apart. Is the CH2 open or closed??

Well if you goto the website it says now open. I think it was reopened, but based on the review it sounded like it is not what it used to be?
