She might just be trying to butter you up. Strippers say that kind of shit to get you to open your wallet more. But if she actually comes over to your place, sex is definitely on the table.

To answer your question:
Q: Is she telling me that she is up for OTC sex?
A: Yes; of course.
However you have to pretend to be the man in the relationship and clearly define what YOU want from the OTC meeting, and ask her what she expects in return.
Just find the right balance that works for you, the customer, and buy only what you can comfortably afford.
Just be cautious and careful out there and listen to your spider 🕷️ sense/gut feeling and;
“Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner.” ~ movie “Heat” (1995)
Had a dancer tell me she wanted me to come over to her place so she could cook a meal for me. Whatever I'd like. However: 1. She was transparently full of crap; 2. She wasn't attractive enough to make it worth the effort to do an OTC meetup, especially if I was going to have to eat her food as part of the deal; and 3. She pulled a bait and switch to get me into VIP
It was a ploy to get you into VIP, under the premise it would create a view in your mind that an emotional connection was beginning, causing you to want to help her. Simple psychological ploy which works on many non-cynical PLs. For hardened PLs, it's ignored and PLs independently make a decision about VIP based solely on assessment of perceived quality of VIP.
I've had mixed success with letting strippers cook for me. I had one who made wonderful meals, but she thought she was on a cooking show and made a complete disaster of the kitchen and wasted about half the ingredients. Another was god awful at cooking, I'm talking smoke alarms and throwing out baking sheets. A few have been decent, able to make a few different edible meals.
But more to your story, there's one girl I saw off & on for probably 2 years or so. She was probably a slightly above average home cook. The thing with her was, she liked to think I was paying her to come cook and any fucking we did was just coincidental. It wasn't some joke or stupid code like singing Billy Joel. She truly felt that way, or at least . A few times we'd get distracted with drinking and fucking, and never get around to making dinner. Or we'd get too drunk to cook and just order delivery. She'd refuse payment or stick around and make breakfast/lunch the next day.
One result that hasn't been mixed is: if a stripper comes over to my house, sex is involved, regardless of any discussions about other reasons for visiting.
At first I read “I’ll come over your cock” for you, and thought it was a nice gesture. I see she is tempting you with another one of man’s delights, which happens to be my favorite.
@ shadowcat. I clearly lead a different life than many others here because when I read your original post the only answer that entered my mind was "yes of course she wants to come over for sex”.
You’re older than I am but my expiration date has also passed years ago and yet I get this stuff all the time.
I won’t (I just can’t) tell my most recent experience but the bottom line and my warning to others, is she was lying to me and was trying to get pregnant. One more incident like that and I’m going to have to have a stern talking with her.

I will play along and comment on your discussion.
The lines are; and I quote;
Yvette: “I'll come over and cook for you, yes?
Brad: “Well, if you like. Thank you, darling”

Nope, it doesn't. It was well known in Hollywood that Rock Hudson was gay!
