Avoiding ROBs

How common are ROBs? I have heard dancers in general can be more likely to use ROB tactics if they think you’re a one time tourist vs. if you’re a regular local?

Can anything be done about them as far as telling management or owner of the club? What do managers or owners do if you tell them what happened?

there’s different forms of ROBs.

For instance what would a manager do if you told them a dancer promised to suck you off but didn’t follow through?
Vs what if a dancer told you you could play with her nipples or grope her ass but then halfway through a dance says no more touching the nipples or ass?

The first form of ROBing is basically illegal anywhere in the US.
But the second form is actually legal. Full contact lap dance clubs allow you to touch everything besides the pussy, or inside the mouth etc.

does that make a difference as far as management willing to take action? They cant force dancers to suck people off, but a full contact lap dance is supposed to include groping for a set time period Isnt it?

Otherwise why would anybody pay for a lapdance if it’s just an escort thing where you’re paying for the dancers time and she can do whatever she wants in that time.

Any tips 25? Some ROBS may actually be accountable. If they just walk out on a dance or say no more touching. A lapdance is an actual defined service being paid for it’s not like paying an escort. It’s like buying a massage, paying for your lawn being mowed etc.

There is now cologne you can buy that is called "ROB Repellant". Try that

The only things you could tell management might be she stole my wallet, my watch, my phone, etc. If she promises to suck you off if you buy 5 dances, and right after the first song starts she says she had to get a condom and leaves, and after the song ends she hasn't returned, and you tell management, all she has to say is you took your dick out. They'll throw you out and tell you never to return. That's why you never pay upfront. If the club requires you to pay upfront, you're taking a chance. If a dancer says she really wants to suck my dick, but the club requires pre-pay, I'll say ok YOU pay the fee, I'll pay you back plus your tip when we're done. Once you pay, your money is gone.

For some reason I can't quite put my finger one, I would expect you should expect to experience a ROB just about every other time you talk to a dancer.

Pussylicker so management basically wouldn’t care that a dancer was offering to suck people off?

Thats only one example. Pussylicker, what if she just walks out anyway, halfway through a dance. Or what if she says no more touching her nips or ass, after a dance has started? Isn’t a lapdance supposed to include groping so in that case management could refund you or do something?

The honest hooker is superior to the manipulative stripper anyday.

bte, this why it's prudent to start with floor/single dances and 'lite extras' expectations.
of course, don't tell them it's possibly a 'one and done'. with first-time stripbot lds i tell them we can go as long as it keeps me interested.

also, has anyone at mandatory valet clubs ever had their vehicle held hostage for a rip-off bitch payment?
(we don't have mv parking in the iowa cornfield clubs).

"also, has anyone at mandatory valet clubs ever had their vehicle held hostage for a rip-off bitch payment?"

First, this is a civil and serious reply and I come in peace with this comment. Second, it has never happened. The State law (and Detroit City ordinance) are both worded in a way where valet attendants are not employees of the club. Usually, or at least at the four mandatory valet clubs I've worked at, the club out sources to a valet company. The attendants wear club shirts for a professional look, but this alludes customers into being deceived into either thinking or believing the attendsnts are club employees.

If anyone is ever denied their keys, all they have to do is call the police. I have never, in 10 years, ever heard of anybody having their keys denied to them for having any sort of dispute or refusal to pay a dancer.

And personally, I've also never witnessed anybody having their keys refuse to them for being too drunk to drive either while literally stumbling out of the club and barely being able to speak clearly. I can post a screenshot of the part of the ordinance where this is stated if desired. Iys usually the dive clubs and low end clubs that don't have valet (because they can't afford to out source or simply just don't care about their image).

Psycho , it was my fault. Last time i was regularly clubbing i was on supplements which had me half asleep all the time walking around like an old man. I wasnt even paying attention to much of what was happening in dances. It was weeks or months later that I realized i got robbed. It wasn’t an obvious ROB it was halfway ROBs.

    Reasons I don't like valet:
    1. Got into an altercation once waiting for the valet. With people who were mad about being barred from the club, and wanting to take it out on anybody.
    2. A fav got her door panel kicked in by the valet (who claimed it was already like that).
    3. Thanks but I'll strip my own clutch.

    "i come in peace"

    first, fuck off reddit hag.

the question was for anyone not full of stripper shit. 'laws' have always been warped in clubs. if they were strictly enforced (theft/breach of contract/assault) nearly everyone here (except maybe flounder) would be incarcerated. lulz.
except for the rob leverage, i would prefer paid valet parking to protect my ride.

You asked a question that was open to everyone. I don't see anyone else answering it for you either. Also, kinda hard to skew any laws that come directly from a whole list of ordinances and their explanations. If you knew anything about anything law related, you'd understand that. Stop seeing everything on here as black and white.

BTE, I don't think ROB's are a real problems. The club operators would not want them.

But you can't treat the women like vending machines. That will never work.

Why not SJG? The escorts do behave like vending machines right? So with escorts its fine but any other girl it’s not, not even an otc stripper?

    escorts are vending machines.

Girls may present themselves as vending machines, but they are just competing with the others, so they don't get left on the sidelines.

Still, you should never treat them as P4P or vending machines.

Pick the one you want to be waking up in the mornings with.

SJG what if you just want to sleep with her once or twice? Wont the girlfriend or mistress strategy be misleading to her then?

Select the one you really want, the one you can't pass up, the one you can't let slip through your fingers.

Now if you already have that one at home waiting for, then be with her and stop cheating.

If she were to get a lot of complaints, they might fire her, but I doubt they would care about any individual customer getting ripped off.
  • rickmacrodong
It depends how much money she’s bringing to the club, how much customers are spending.

ROBs could bring in a lot of money to the club. But it actually is illegal for a dancer to straight up admit to offering sexual stuff before a dance. Whether they deliver on it or not.
  • san_jose_guy
A club will not want a girl who is causing problems or damaging their reputation.

So as I see it real ROB's in strip clubs are uncommon.

Now getting crossed wires with a girl, that is common.

    quoted from link

"Yet another reason that I prefer weed. Even high as fuck you can retain enough rationale thought to prevent some bitch from rummaging through your pockets."

i agree. to elaborate, it slows down thought process while increasing focus. think matrix bullet-time. neo the trick stopping and examining each stripper shit bullet. less impulse decisions, more patience to just enjoy the show and wait for the right approach.
