I'm curious to know what kind of music that you like to hear when you go out to a strip club. Particular bands? Songs? Type of music like rock, heavy metal, etc?

last commentTrendy music that I most likely wouldn’t know about. RNB and electro (Rhythm of the Night type stuff). Also good mood pop like Taylor Swift or Katy Perry stuff like that.

I can't stand rock or heavy metal. Especially when it's loud. It's always old or crack hoe looking white girls that dance to it.
Some good good strip club songs

Rather than a certain type of music, the most important thing to me is a certain volume level. I go to strip clubs to buy lap dances, but I also go to see and talk to the girls selling me the lap dances. Often the music is so loud when they sit down at my table, I can't hear what they are saying and have to keep asking them to repeat what they said.

I abhor the typical rap shit they play in clubs. Stupid^3. Rock and heavy metal are great, but they’re absurd for dancing. Blues and jazz would be pretty good, esp classic Ellington / Basie type stuff… sexy as fuck, not to phrenetic.

I've known enough strippers to know it's a stressful job. Seems like, for many dancers, it helps them keep their spirits up to pick their own music. I can listen to what I like at home.

@drewcareypnw R&B music is good for that sexy feel.

@Zicee I found this song. I think it's fitting since I'm 49 but I look young for my age.

@docsavage If a club was playing music that loud I might not hear you even if I was close by since I'm deaf in one ear.

I prefer minimal rap trap crap.the rest pretty much is OK. And please at a comfortable level. And minimal dj talk!

@Zicee You can dance more to rock on stage than you can with heavy metal. With heavy metal it's more like you have to know how to move to it.

@Zicee I like that Linkin Park cover. I also like Save Your Tears from The Weekend.

And what the fuck is wrong with ABBA, Scrub-ape?
I mean really, there is a reason ABBA won Eurovision all those years ago. Their songs are just delightful. Hell, one of them is called “Dancing Queen”. Is there a more perfect title for a strip club song? I think not. Plus, the lovely Frida is an actual frickin’ princess. Bet you didn’t know that. We lions are kings of the jungle so we respect that stuff.
I would be down with a club playing nothing but ABBA. Well, maybe they could do ABBA songs plus a few other really cool songs like “The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Wimoweh)”.
Wait….I wonder if ABBA ever recorded a version of “Wimoweh”. That would be so cool! If not, Imma ask Björn & Benny to put together an ABBAfied version. In the jungle the might jungle…ROAR!!!

Heavy Metal; Rap and hard core country, unless a 5-year-old child with a stick and an empty can is available. Dancers should only be permitted to dance to one song, for $20: Littel Wing, the Clapton not Hendrix version. I do have a valid reason.

I'm more of a rock guy. I can deal with just about anything but country if I have to, but the rednecks across the hall in my dorm my freshman year of college managed to get me to permanently dislike country music. And whatever the music is, please be reasonable with the volume. I will never go to Scarlett's in Hallandale, FL again as long as I live as you can't even hear yourself think in there it is so fucking loud.

I like a mixture, but I love a lot of the stuff the guys on here call “rap crap” 🤣

A jug band might be fun to dance to.

I like dancer that actually dances and puts a little energy into their efforts. Sashaying around the pole is kind of boring to me at this point. I don't particularly care about the specific song if "It's got a good beat and you can dance to it". (Boomers will get that.)
