Do they stop stripping in their 40s or just whenever they start losing their looks? What do they do after retiring, settle down and marry? I think some may go into escorting or other sex work if they still look good enough at that age
SJG, looking forward to joining! That’s excellent you are giving these people the opportunity for long term financial security. My ass is plugged already!
Shailynn, well he is looking to hire into the Organization. I think he is a very wealthy man. Even goats take a lot of money and time to properly maintain.
Before 2008, many of them said they were going to go into real estate. Before the pandemic a lot of them said they would go into nursing (same pay but 4x the hours). After the pandemic, I really haven't been asking because I can't figure out a wait to ask diplomatically and I don't pick girls that are old enough to even start considering what to do after they hang up the heels.
Liwet, same pay? So about 65k to 85k pay? Why leave stripping for that? Although keep in mind the benefits package is probably worth maybe 10k or 20k for nurses? ANd strippers have to pay out of pocket right
Strippers that I know and their jobs after they retired:
1. Was a school teacher turned stripper, then retired as a stripper back to being a school teacher
2. Cam model
3. Remote medical billing specialist. What ever that means, she worked from home, she was all excited about that because she had several pets and was exciting to be able to work and be home with them at the same time.
4. Ran her family’s restaurant
5. Worked at some sort of horse farm/stable where she (and others) would board and take care of other peoples horses.
These were girls that I knew well enough to stay in touch with after they quit stripping, although I’m willing to bet some of them went back to work here and there for extra money. All of them looked good enough they could have easily kept stripping. Their ages ranged from 37 - 45 by the time they hung it up. The 45 year old was one of those women that didn’t age, she always looked amazing and had a better all natural body than the 20 year olds in the club.
When we define "retire" I'm assuming we are talking about girls who danced full time. As we know, there are various types of dabblers who stick their toes in the water but never really commit to the profession. IMO one cannot "retire" from something that one never truly relied upon to begin with.
The most common post-stripper professions I have seen include (in order of occurrences): Hair stylist, bartender, waitress, medical assistant and nurse.
But tbh my sample size is far from overwhelming. Over the years I've learned that when girls retire from the business, they often look to make a complete break. I've had a few who chose to keep OTC relations going for a while post-retirement, but those were exceptions rather than the norm. So unless I'm told otherwise, my default setting is to respect their privacy and wish them the best in their new lives.
My ATF left after she graduated nursing school, and moved out of state, she keeps in touch with me regularly we never miss each others birthdays and holidays are usually noted, she has come down to visit several times, she is doing great and she is a great friend, as for the rest I don't usually keep in touch with most, but there are one or two that every once in a rare while will send me a text just to say hello, the most common job I've heard mentioned when no longer stripping has been retail, with nursing usually a second option but most of the girls that do go into nursing, usually find some job in the medical field, usually short of a RN diploma.
Some hot ones bartend at the place they danced.
I think real estate is common for the smart ambitious ones.
My ATF, an Eastern European go-getter, became a successful insurance broker.
The slugs, druggies just retire to trash-life.
Rick it seems there are some who go into escorting. And some who go into porn although these seem to be younger like women in their 20s who went from stripping to porn or escorting. Some pornstars still tour and strip for example nicolette shea last year came to dc
