I paid my employees generally above average and way above scale, that was never an issue in my business, most of my employees owned their own homes, cars and some owned boats every one had paid vacation health insurance and 11 paid holidays a year, so that’s really an unfair characterization of the relationship I had and still have with many of my employees.
