Most ridiculous strip club policy

A few years ago I visited a South Florida SC and got to experience one the silliest, most useless SC policies I have ever seen.

I got a few lap dances from this Dominican gal. Curvy, with big natural titties. After a few hot and heavy lap dances she convinced me to take her to one of the private rooms by telling me that she wanted to fuck my brains out.

We proceeded back to the room, but she couldn't start until a manager read me the rules. Apparently the manager was busy with whatever SC managers do so we had to wait for a few minutes.

The manager finally showed up carrying a clip board. He proceeded to read from a document a list of activities which were prohibited (prostitution; buying, selling, or using illegal drugs). Then he left.

The stripper then closed the curtain, put a condom on me and then fucked my brains out.

Probably they had heat on them or maybe got raided, so by doing that each and every time it would be easier to deny responsibility (blame it on the girl) if a customer turned out to be part of an undercover sting.

    I assume I've come across some but can't recall any specific ones off the top of my head at this time;

But I would say *sometimes* there are reasons behind it that is not obvious to us as custies

Strip club would not want to do that because it implies that anything not listed is allowed. And prostitution depends on more than just proving sex acts or lewd conduct. This was how Jim and Artie Mitchel beat the rap in their felony criminal trial.

Most stupid policy is the basic clip joint mode, eliminate all front room friendliness in order to force it into the booths and back rooms. This spoils the interaction, when you cannot just get friendly with your girl in the front room.

A couple of years ago, went to an extras club and was told by a manager to cover up and either put on a skirt or wear larger underwear. Because “we like to leave something to the imagination here” 🙄

Went to one club and had to wear a mini dress and was required for me and other newbie dancers. All the established dancers didn’t and pretty sure it gave them an advantage money wise. (It was a midtier club that served hookah and had a younger more ethnic party crowd, not a freaking gentleman’s club)

Another club that had a camera monitored vip room. Customers were more than welcome to pull out to whip it out and jack themselves off but can’t grab boobs in a lapdance. (Or so the manager told me?)

The time a bouncer not wearing a mask reprimanded me and told me I had to wear a mask.

The Naked Stripper sprint at Mario's in MA. You wait with your girl until the beginning of the song, then go to a booth for lap dances. When you're done, the girl runs, still naked, to the attendant, so you don't get charged for an extra song.

The dumbest policy at any club and one I've fortunately not seen in a while is mandatory coat check. I hated it. It felt invasive

If you decide to "do a limo" with a girl at the Treasure Club in Greensboro, NC, you will first be required to read and sign a bunch of paperwork, all stuff absolving the club of any responsibility whatsoever. By the time I was done, I wasn't hard anymore.

Of course, you could take that either way.

In regards to OP's topic, clubs do that for liability reasons in case of a raid while the vip is happening. But what do I know? I've just been told that by managers when I've inquired and I'm a dumb stripper. 🤷‍♀️

Penthouse club in Tampa makes you sign something. I've always been too buzzed to care what it says. Probably a Covid release form. I got offered extras for $100 last time from a new girl. I told her no because she didn't realize someone comes in every 10 minutes to make sure extras aren't happening.

    Rumors in Forest Park(Atlanta)

Outside door girl, I think, checked my ID and gave me a thorough pat down. It was hard to tell because she was dressed in riot gear.

Inside the front door I was greeted with another security check. Had to empty my pockets of metal objects, go through a metal detector and get a second pat down.

The did have a shooting back in Nov, 2020.

I actually think way more clubs should have metal detectors. There's a number of clubs I've been to with past incidents that I'm surprised they dont have a metal detector at the door. Also I can think of 1 club off the top of my hand where they will wave a metal detector wand over customers coming in and not on the dancers. I can definitely say a lot of the dancers there are sketchy individuals though I've never had issues at this club LOL

The club where I'm a regular only put in a metal detector in the last few months post Covid. And, even though it's not a "rough" club, I'm still amazed that it took them this long.

Haha I've been to several clubs with metal detectors and when I went through that loud horn sounded, probably because of the keys in my pocket. But I was never stopped or asked to empty my pockets. I mostly go to clubs in the daytime and there was no bouncer at the door, so maybe that's why.

I guess they assume anyone who might be wanting to shoot the place up would only come at night.

In some instances, I suspect that the addition of a metal detector coincides with a new policy issued at the renewal of the club's liability insurance

In 2019 I was at a hole-in-the-wall black club in South GA (near Midway, GA) that is only open on weekends - you were not allowed to enter the main-room where the dancers were unless you had $1s - there was a bouncer at the entrance and you had to show him your wad of $1s - didn't matter if you had $500 in $20s; you had to have $1s or else you weren't allowed to enter the main-room.

A couple of clubs in south Florida do the whole "You can't fuck in here, have a good time" thing. Hell, I think Tootsies does.

One of the dumber things I've seen is clubs that don't skip or postpone stage rotation for girls who are giving lap dances or even in rooms. Or similarly, pull girls out of the lap dance area to participate in the "Uptime."

Some strip club policies have a strong basis in local laws and zoning. I do not consider these stupid.

Like some have skin level limits, some have prohibitions on off stage nudity. These are generally tied to zoning or alcohol licensing, or to things club owners have been bullied into.

Stopped by one club last week. Bouncer was standing outside the club. He told me I had to wear a mask as I walked through the entrance and after that I could take it off. I gave him a quizzical look. He shrugged his shoulders apologetically. I got my mask and wore it for ten seconds as I walked in.

It might be a stupid policy - I agree. But, I wouldn’t care as long as you enjoyed it and you got what you wanted.

It appears to be a way for the club to protect themselves. The posted rules are fine - but they have made sure you read them and agree to them.

If I meet a dancer in an extras club - that offers hookah - and I buy VIP - am I going to get a hookah and a hooker?

I saw one yesterday that was kinda dumb...

Dayshift girls must be off the floor by 7pm. Night shift girls can't be on the floor before 7pm. If they are, they get hit with double fee's/tip outs. Not that I care about the girls fees, I just care about the result. The result is, from about 6:30 to about 7:30 there's no strippers.

Because they are in legal battles, Oasis in the Atlanta area claims to be a burlesque club. During the day there is "performance art" which consists of a body painter creating art on a "subject" on one of the stages. Plus all dancers must always have a burlesque prop in their hand. So they all carry little plastic Japanese fans or wear a boa while dancing. If they don't, the bouncer either brings them one or makes them go get one.

@25 - No it was Pompano. The Palm Beach clubs tend to have 3 shifts with some overlap, but the Pompano clubs with their 2am closing times seem to mostly have two. There's still a bit of a slow period around that time in Palm Beach, this was literally zero strippers.

Some strip club rules have a necessary legal basis. But treating some dancers different from others does not have a legal basis.

And then, legally there is no difference between the front room and the back room. Though it is much harder to enforce on what goes on in the back room.

There are laws against public sex and lewdness. This would cover FIV, DATY, BJ, and FS, and it is much easier to prove than prostitution. But still, in some places there is not the legal will to enforce, and very hard to enforce in the back room.

No one has ever enforced on DFKing, as that would be legal out on the sidewalk in front.

The modern clip joint routine is to severely limit front room interactions, to force it into the back room. This spoils the choreography, just ruins it.

Now DV says that in the US clubs dancers don't want makeout sessions. Well it is not hard to get them to say things like that. Management can organize them to take that position.

But if you approach them the right way, I can testify to the fact that they are likely to reverse their positions.

Here are some, often inconsistent rules I have seen at various clubs.

Dancers must have at least one foot on the floor when giving dances. Probably some local city ordinance

Dancers must never take there heals off when giving dances. Probably some local city ordinance. It would make more sense to require them to remove their heals, so as not to damage the chairs or couches.

When the two for one dance is called, except for those in the champagne room, all dancers must leave the private dance room and head back to the dressing room for a line up.

Requiring dancers to cover up tattoos with makeup, that often looks worse than the tattoos.

At one club years ago, the dancers have to wear a dress when seated with you and when first going up on stage, yet can then get fully naked.

Yes, strange stuff. Some is going to be local ordinances or other lists of rules that club owners have been bullied by LE into going along with. We have lots of stuff like that here.

Remember, strip clubs are basically fine tuned well oiled machines for separating marks from their money.

They serve two good purposes though:

    1. If you like the sexual esthetic, the hotties in high heels and makeup, and the openness of the dancers. You take what you learn and recreate it in your outside life.

    2. For those extremists, those of us who actually like and prefer the women we meet in strip clubs and want to be waking up in the mornings with them.

It is ridiculous when the club is enforcing front room restrictions which in that metro are not legally necessary. It ruins the choreography of the interaction. This has always been my objection to DV.

The top club in East St. Louis had no poles on stage. The dancer told me that the owner thought that poles made the club less classy. At the same time she was telling me this, all of the TVs around the stage were playing porn videos. The scene at that time was anal sex. I couldn’t help but laugh at the logic that poles on stage were not classy but anal sex porn was.

Always, trying to limit the free flowing front room engagement, to force guys into buying dances. Screws up the choreography of the engagement with the girl.

@TxVegas Ah, yes, Hollywood back in the day. Good times. For a couple bucks stage tip the dancers would take your hands and rub them all over their bodies. Titties in hand beats spinning on a pole in my book. I did think the ring of porn TVs was kind of stupid however.

One club recently instituted a policy that dancers must hold the gentleman’s hand all the way to the lap dance booth or pay a fine.

At another club a girl told me the owner personally fined her $50 for cursing. (This is by no means an upscale club)

    One policy, two stupids:

Traveling yesterday and stopped at a club for a break from driving. Sit at the bar and order a Diet Coke. Bar tender charges me $3.25, for which I pay with a $20.

The bartender returns my change: three quarters, one $1, and three $5.

First stupid: WTF is with the quarters? Why bother with them in the club? Either charge me $3 or $4.

Second stupid is even worse: $5 bills in a strip club? Come on! Support your dancers! Make it easier for the guys to give their money away to the girls!

This was not a one time thing. When I previously stopped by this club pre-COVID, I was given the exact same change for the exact same purchase.

35 club in NJ had plenty of rules to rob you. $5 valet, $20 entry, $7 one drink minimum, and guy inside the bathroom to give you a napkin. Of course he expected a tip

My pet peeve is when managers/bouncers ask a girl to get off my lap if we are just talking in the common area. Even if every stool is taken. There's something sexy about a girl just hopping on your lap for 20 minutes to hold a convo with you. I think the employees get jealous

    IfIgotta,

I would have asked for ones for the three five dollar bills and probably an extra 20 as well just for good measure.

There is a club in AZ that gives its change from drinks in two dollar bills. This started about ten years ago or so. I didn't know about it the first time they did this (since they just started that and I had been in several times previously and they didn't do it). Didn't use the two dollar bills for tipping since I had brought plenty of ones with me. I think I later used the two dollar bills to get some fast food or something.

I guess that club's strategy/new rule (at the time) works since they still do it from what I've heard. But didn't work on me. I never went back actually (used to go quite a bit). I hear it's awful now anyway so no loss.
