"A sexual assault lawsuit has been filed against Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee disclosed on social media Tuesday night. Buzbee told FOX 26’s Isiah Carey that while Watson was getting a massage from a woman that the 25-year-old allegedly 'went too far.' The Buzbee Law Firm filed the lawsuit on Tuesday."
If this massage took place in Atlanta - he may have gotten excited because he thought he heard someone shooting?
I know nothing about how these guys protect themselves against lawsuits - but if I was getting a legit massage - I would have the masseuse sign a release and video the entire massage. I would hope having the footage would deter folks from hitting you up with this type of lawsuit.
^ I'm not sure, but I thought making a settlement demand is part of a strategy where the plaintiff limits his exposure to paying the legal fees of the other party to the lawsuit, I think it says if a judgement is rendered in the amount of the settlement demand or less, the legal costs will be borne by the party incurring them, if judgement is larger the losing litigant is responsible for all legal fees.
I am not sure but this is Watson's second claim against him? And I'm not really sure what a settlement claim means. This is going to get "interesting".
I wonder if he went to a strictly legit place or legit independent and tried to do more because he's famous (without even offering to pay more!). And then the old defense of I'm rich and famous why would I do something like that?!!
Makes no sense but I mean either did billionaire Robert Craft going to a rub and tug.
these guys with the money that they have might want to look into hiring a cleaner to prevent these types of situations from ever getting to a certain point. a way of asset and status preservation.
I didn't mean it that way haha. I was meaning that either guy could have sex with pretty much any other female they wanted. The lady (or ladies) with Watson would've known he was famous and may have not done anything extra (for money) with him because he was TOO famous!
Craft is a whole different story. Not that he wanted awesome service from a pretty, young (to him) lady, but how he went about it being a billionaire and all.
Yeah, I know. I was having a little fun but it’s the truth. Pick Robert Kraft, Watson, Hugh Grant or many others. I bet every one of us has been with multiple girls “when we could’ve done a lot better.” What is always true is that we have dicks and the women had one readily identifiable quality ... they were nearby.
How's the trade market looking right now? Listening to sex bullshit is only something I have to do 60 -90 minutes every few days at work for 38 years so Hugh Grant; Eddie Murphy (tranny); Bob Kraft and on and on are no different than anyone else: No matter what we have or don't have - we want what we want when we want it and its seldom rational.
A third accuser has come forward. There goes Houston’s trade leverage against the specter of an 8 game suspension under the NFL’s abuse policy.
One clarification of my earlier posts: I was in no way condoning sexual assault. I was responding only to heellover’s post about guys engaging (consensually) with women when they could “do better.”
Deshaun Watson Now Has 12 Accusers and Possibly 10 More ... Attorney Says
There are now TWELVE women making sexual misconduct allegations against Deshaun Watson -- with 10 more accusers being vetted, according to attorney Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee represents the 7 women who have already filed lawsuits against Watson -- and at a news conference on Friday, he announced 5 more lawsuits are in the works.
"We are now representing 12 women and we will file 5 more cases in due course. We have spoken to more than 10 additional women, 22 women," Buzbee said.
To clarify, Buzbee said the additional 10 women all have similar stories to the first 12 ... but he's still gathering information before filing lawsuits on their behalf.
Of the 12 accusers, Buzbee says the women did NOT know each other before coming forward with their allegations.
The women come from different racial backgrounds -- 7 of them are Black, 2 Hispanic and 3 are Caucasian.
Additionally, Buzbee says he's been contacted by the Houston Police Dept. -- which is now looking into the allegations.
Buzbee says none of the accusers had gone to police before contacting his firm -- but says the "next step" is to submit a "package" of information to police, presumably to help launch a criminal probe.
During his news conference, Buzbee also shot down conspiracy theories that the Houston Texans were driving the lawsuits as a result of a standoff between Watson and Texans ownership. Buzbee says he lives near the family that owns the Texans but does not know them personally.
There's more ... Buzbee also notes that one of the accusers claims Watson assaulted her AFTER Buzbee had already been in contact with Watson's agent to inform him about a claim from another woman.
Buzbee says he's been personally sitting down with each accuser to vet their stories -- explaining he "wanted to make damn sure" the women were truthful.
Buzbee says the first accuser's story "certainly passes the smell test" and praised her as a brave and truthful person.
Earlier in the day, Deshaun's agent, David Mulugheta, broke his silence about the allegations against Watson -- doubling down on the notion the women are making up the accusations for "financial gain."
"Sexual assault is real. Victims should be heard, offenders prosecuted," Mulugheta said in a statement Friday morning.
"Individuals fabricate stories in pursuit of financial gain often. Their victims should be heard, and those offenders also prosecuted."
"I simply hope we keep this same energy with the truth."
In other words, Mulugheta strongly believes the accusers are lying and he's extremely confident Watson will be vindicated in the end.
TMZ Sports has obtained all 7 of the lawsuits filed against Watson -- and they're all very similar.
Each of the women claims Watson reached out seeking a massage -- most of the women claim he first contacted them on Instagram.
But, when they met for the massage therapy sessions, the women claim Watson became aggressive in pursuit of a sex act.
One of the women claims Watson forced her to perform oral sex on him, against her will.
All of the accusers say they never consented and felt violated. They're all suing for civil assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Buzbee claims he has text messages and DMs from the QB which back his client's allegations ... including an apparent apology from Deshaun after a massage session gone bad.
The first woman who filed her lawsuit against the Houston Texans QB claims Watson became aggressive during a treatment in March 2020 ... which ended after he allegedly repeatedly tried to direct the woman to massage his genitals.
In her suit, the woman claims a fully-erect Watson exposed his penis and "purposely touched [Jane Doe's] hand with the tip."
The woman claims she ended the massage immediately and began to cry. Afterward, she claims Watson sent her a text message apologizing for his behavior.
On Friday, Buzbee went public with the alleged apology text from Deshaun.
"Sorry about you feeling uncomfortable. Never were the intentions. LMK if you want to work in the future. My apologies."
For his part, Watson adamantly denies the allegations -- and claims he's the victim of a shakedown by an attorney looking to score a cash grab from his lying clients.
IDK what to make of this - seems like a horny young-guy trying to get laid - it's not clear he forced himself on anyone although one claims that he forced her to give him oral (for some reason I kinda doubt that but ... I wasn't there) - half the accusers are black so there goes the race-card-defense
Holy shit. I was way off on my prediction. Just read that he's already up to the td with the extra point and a field goal plus the safety! For those that don't like football that is now 12.
This is why the famous and wealthy have handlers. Not even getting into innocent or guilty and all that.
Somebody with that high a profile doesn't need to go trolling around Instagram for handies. If any of these cases stick he's in a world of shit, especially as an NFL QB. Antonio Brown was on his way out of the league before TB12 pardoned him.
Houston might have blown it by passing on some of the outrages trade offers they had for Watson, he'd be someone else's problem now and Houston would be sitting on a ton of high draft picks.
I have no idea of his possible guilt but he is on the verge of having his career ruined.

Really? Man with dick in the presence of a woman wants woman to pleasure him. This makes the most sense.
