Ever wish you took more photos

I’m the same way. I sort of live in the moment too and later wish I’d used my cell phone camera a little more. I think some folks go too far the other way. But there should be a happy medium.

100% In fact, it's a thought I've had through my entire life. Everytime I look at old photos, I think, "man I'm glad someone took these. I should take more photos". Then I just go on living in the moment and not taking more photos.

A few years ago I started asking most girls that I had a nice VIP or OTC experience with if I could take their pictures. I was pleasantly surprised to discovery that most (well over 90%) were ok with it. In fact some actively encouraged it, although what girls are comfortable with varies widely. I have a pretty big collection now that ranges from G to XXX. Most are rated R. No but me or the girl in question (many ask for copies) have ever seen them or will ever see them.

I honestly wish we had smart phones in my 20s. They really changed girls being willing to take nudes and fuck pics and videos. A lot of girls I banged in my 20s I only have memories

Wish I would have started sooner but this is something I've done right. I have 3 photo albums of wife, mostly of our naked swimming adventures. For a couple decades our main camping fun was to drive, hike, sometimes bushwack to remote mtn lakes/ponds and (with or without sex to warm up) take a brisk skyclad swim. Some of my/our best memories.

Sorting all the digital images (post film) is 1 of my retirement projects.

Sometimes, but then I see those people who are so focused on getting a picture they miss out on the moment and any regret I have quickly fades.

I'm torn on the idea of having smart phone cameras in my 20's. There's many moments it would be nice to remember, but plenty I'm glad I don't, and a few that its probably best there is no evidence of.

Specifically as it relates to strippers, not really. If I wanted to look at that I'd just look at porn.

I wish I took more photos too. When my daughters were young - I took a crazy amount of photos. That was back when you had a separate camera and phone. The girls were discovering something new each day, and I wanted to capture it all. I kept taking lots of photos even after getting divorced.

When I finally got a phone with a good camera - I was taking fewer photos - and over the years it has declined a bit. The girls take a good amount of photos now, and I enjoy when they share with me. They are usually interested in seeing the dog - so I now have more dog pics.

Since losing my dad, I’ve sent more photos of the girls and of the dog to her. It brightens her day to see them.

I was thinking back to an old family vacation - when I had a little Kodak camera - and how different photos were. You could take photos - and then it was a surprise when they were developed. You could relive your travels weeks later. Sometimes the photos weren’t as good as you expected - so it could be a mixed bag.

i remembered an episode of that a&e tv show family jewels with gene simmmons and shannon tweed. tweed was deeply upset over the photo collection of groupies simmons engaged with while years of touring. she insisted that he get rid of those photos. so they wound up going to the backyard and set them ablaze.

question: if you were in gene simmmon's shoes would you have destroyed the photos to keep a post wall shannon tweed around or would you had kept the photos and let her go?
