Dave - I have used p411 in the past. It has a modest subscription fee but the providers I have seen from there are legit. There is a wide range of provider quality but I believe it’s a step up from STG or many of the other scammy websites.

As winex said, it is still illegal and LE does read and participate to entrap. You just have to be careful. Technically, in California, escorts are legal. However, the escort industry is highly regulated. Escorts must obtain a supecial permit that allows them to offer their companionship services, pay taxes etc etc.

It's not as complicated as others may say. Just do your homework and you will be fine. Who knows, maybe it's vice squads that ate getting defunded now. With Covid being a scare, intimate contact isn't as prevalent.
