Penthouse Detroit

I might be wrong since I never went, but I was at Players once after it closed and a couple dancers said they worked there and the owners were forced to sell it after it closed.

It's been a long time since I bothered to recon the area but every report I've heard indicates 8 Mile is dead (which was true to a great extent before the pandemic). Between the past legal issues and the current environment (public health and economic), I can't foresee a scenario where reopening Penthouse would be viable.

Thats what im expecting but i figured its worth askibg if anyone drove by qnd saw if the chains remain and or if the place has a for sale or lease sign.

For that matter i wonder if there was ever an auction or whatever on the stuff inside. It wouldnt surprise me if dpd is still holding it in some forfeiture limbo.
