  When I walk along the beach the main way I can tell if girls are in high school or in college are by the age of the boys they are hanging out with and sometimes if they have tattoos. Women physically mature by 16 or so

  I doubt Pornhub, an actual corporation with actual money would risk doing so with a whole world full of 18+ age people willing to make videos.

  If they're not actively verifying ages for the community accounts and amateur publishing, it's all about plausible deniability.

  Ignorance of the law is no excuse - now if they fail to notice a fake ID or two there might be a more defensible case but just saying "we forgot to ask" would likely not fly.

  I have to believe there is a way for these bigger porn sites to verify age, or at least verify the identity of the person posting the video. That way, if it includes anyone underage, LE would know who posted it.
  Surely some of the clowns on this board, like SkiBum, have posted gay sex videos on Pornhub and would know.

  In the United States some crimes require a specific intent: First degree murder; and some require no intent at all for guilt" stautory rape and disseminating undergae pornography being two of them.
