The Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland have all already closed their borders to foreigners. The Philippines is closing their country to citizens of any country with incidents of community spread cases.
Don’t be too surprised if Mexico does act and that this border closing decision spreads to many more countries as well.
Current exchange rate for Mexican Pesos to USD is 21.9 to 1. Better take advantage if you still can.

I was supposed to be at a meeting in San Diego in two weeks but it was cancelled due to the virus. Was looking forward to a TJ trip. This virus is definitely going to have a financial blow to the clubs in TJ. As mentioned in a different thread, clubs in areas that survive off tourists and business travelers are going to feel the pain until this dissipates.
