For the record, I date all types of women no matter the race. Sometimes I see white women (or at least lighter skinned chicas) at the clubs in TJ.
Is there a general preference for certain types of Hispanics to occupy certain clubs. Hong Kong has the most variety I've seen in TJ. Chicago club tends to have lighter skinned women.
Not sure about some of bars closer by. I feel like the MILF types tend to hang around Hacienda, Gloria, Caretta
I think HK is your best bet, just because of the sheer numbers. More chicas = more european looking chicas.
Girls from Sonora often look European - tall, fair sometimes blonde. So do some from CDMX and the surrounding cities like Puebla and Querétaro.
