B Girls or Bar Girls were common in many clubs especially the Block in Baltimore and also NYC. They make like you're the best thing since sliced bread, lead you on and get you to buy them over priced drinks e.g champagne that's actually ginger ale for $25/glass. I haven't run into any at strip clubs around me (Philly)

A "bar girl" or chica works at one of the bars, in contrast with a "street girl" or paradita who works the streets of La Zona Norte. Generally, a bar girl would refer to the strippers, not the waitresses (meseras).

Is it possible for me to ask a female waitress to go into a private room with me?

In some clubs yes! In Hong Kong, there are no meseras (female waiters). Maybe a few female managers in the club but I'm 99.9% they don't arriba.

But in the smaller clubs this is a thing. I have no first hand experience with it, but if you read reports of clubs like Gold Palace, La Gloria and La Hacienda from TUSCLers like @devil_dawg and @PutaTester, they've written copiously about exploits with meseras.

What other terminology vexes you OP? I'm asking because I'm working on an updated guide to spanish for mongers.
