@founder

Just FYI, when surfing the Internet for escorts in Los Angeles, one of the websites that I had saved in my bookmarks shows a white/blank page, and the web address reads:

“This domain name has been seized by FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation”

I am just saying.

I don’t think the federal agents can seize a Canada Website.

Bummer. What site?

If listing reviews for Strip Clubs is a crime, then we are truly living under facism.

“This domain name has been seized by FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation”

Exactly like that when San Francisco Red Book was taken down.

LE does not play fair. They charge people with crimes whether or not there is evidence to support it. They treat the Sex Biz as a major international human rights abuser.

This is the website:

losangeles.adlist24.com

The page is blank/white and when I was opening another page/tab noticed the message at the top; this is part of the screen shot:

tuscl.net

Anyhow; I am just letting you know.

I have read the 84-page charging statement of the FBI on one recent site taken down with the FBI notice posted (not the one mentioned in LA here). Some of the current popular boards were mentioned in the charging document and to get search warrants. They got records from many website hosts by subpoena.

They had a HUGE amount of information. They followed posts, went undercover, watched women tracing their movements, found outcall hotels and trafficked stopped men coming out to get information. Just like Backpage and many other busted sites, the FBI spent years of man-hours in the investigations.

Of course, to me, this is a waste of time and taxpayer money as long private consenting adults but thanks to the all sexwork is an abuse of women and its all sex trafficking labeled it has huge support by the public to "save" women from the abuse and evils in all sexwork.

Being based on Canada or most other major countries does not totally protect since we have criminal cooperation treaties with most major countries, including Canada. But it is a very difficult legal process and I have not heard of any attempts at offshore boards etc. I agree with even less risk for a board about strip clubs. There are plenty of prostitution cases to spend time on.

The risk is more local LE when reviews are too graphic and describe illegal acts under State laws.

The US controls most of the Internet, via hub routers and other ways. Of course it controls what is allowed to come into the US.
