It's a fallacy to assume that tighter strip club regulations equate to less willing girls. IMHO Memphis is an example of a place where this does not hold true, as is Jacksonville FL. I took a girl OTC from a Memphis club during my last trip out there and had a fine time.
Local cultural influences and cost of living have as much to do with it as anything else. To this day, I have yet to crack the traveling OTC nut in places like AL, KS and AR. KS even has a byob nude club where the girls will pluck a dollar out of your mouth with their pussies, but good luck finding a girl in that club who will agree to OTC. They are tough places culturally, including lots of peer pressure on the girls to not cross the line, and the cost of living in these areas is so damned low that girls are not sufficiently motivated to take the risk.
But that isn't the case with places like Memphis and JAX, which for years have been getting more expensive and culturally mixed due to a steady flow of transplants from colder higher tax areas. It just requires a little patience IMHO.
@rickdugan. That’s good to know about Memphis. In Kansas, I have had four dancers offer OTC to me in two different clubs. I have yet to take them up on that offer because I don’t do OTC. So, I guess it really doesn’t matter on that girl or girls. Candy land in Memphis was actually pretty good but it’s a shit Hole. Even though it was a shit hole, the girls were actually pretty hot. As in 7s or above.
