To shave or not to shave? Customers....

I got into a discussion with one of my favorites awhile back about this. I had noticed that most male porno stars were now shaving and since I knew that she knew I wasn't shaven. I asked her if she thought that I should. She is approxamently 30, living with the father of her 2 kids. She said "Yes, I insist that my MAN shave!" Would you? Could you? would it make you feel femine? What would your SO say, if you have one?

At 65, I find shaving my face to be be a chore. And with my sex life I would find shaving my dick and balls a waste of time.

I asked my guy friends about this, and found out that the 30-year-old & older guys didn't shave, but most of the under 30yo guys did. It also seemed to cross ethnic lines - more asian & white guys shaved than latino or black.
Most women I know (including strippers) like guys who shaved, or at least trimmed a bit. No one wants to fight their way through a wild tumbleweed!

    BTW - welcome back IGU/SC.

I started shaving less than a year ago. Got to thinking that I hated when girls didn't shave, and decided that it was only fair that I do, too. I don't enjoy the task, and usually only do it every third day - unless I have a visit planned (ITC or OTC) and then I perform an especially close and careful shave.

As I mentioned, it IS a somewhat pain of a task, but I definitely like the feel and also believe it's somewhat healthier and more hygenic. Another unexpected plus is that without all that hair down there, BJs are more enjoyable and am especially enjoying having my balls licked.

EvilCyn: That's surprising to me... I know when I'm pleasuring a woman orally - which I REALLY enjoy going - I do NOT want to lick and get pubic hairs in my mouth. Going down on an untamed bush is not appealing to me, but as the amount of trimming/shaving increases - so does my appetite for the delectable treat.

Chics have to be shaved, I wouldn't go down on an unshaved pussy at all... For a guy though, its the manly thing for me, I like them to be hairy and natural, and women should be soft and shaved...

I don't like to shave at all. I shave my face before I go to work. I typically shave on Saturday as well whenever I get around to it. I thought about growing a beard and mustache a long time ago but decided I didn't want to look like Blackbeard the pirate.

I find shaving my face a big pain, and so why would I want to shave my balls? If I did, I'd probably bleed to death down there. Hell, I probably wouldn't mind if she forgot to shave as well, but I know that ain't happening.

Ideal for me, would be to shave my face once every two and a half days, and "down there" once a week. I am not generally able to arrange these circumstances, so it's more catch as catch can, but that's the general principle. I recall that the first time I put razor to skin "down there" I was quite worried about all potential ramifications (argh!) but found that it's actually quite an easy and risk-free task.

I very much appreciate the benefit to sensation, of having the "root" of the stalk clear; it makes the feeling of insertion "up to the hilt" much more prevalent and enjoyable. And I very much appreciate the benefit to sensation, of having the step-brothers clean, whenever my lady-friends decide to pay attention to them. I suspect, as well, that the absence of hair in particular areas, and the generally well-groomed appearance, tempts my lady-friends into paying more attention than they otherwise might. All these are good things. :)

I'm 60 years old and SHAVED.

It all began about 3 years ago upon the suggestion of my (now 30 year old pilot son). He told me that all the chics like shaven guys. So.... I started and haven't stopped. It gets to be a pain in the ass sometimes.

HOWVER------------ after reading evilcyn's response to this topic----- "I am so less likely to lick them shaved"... I might have to start searching for a 'pubic hair piece'!!!

Now I know of 2 guys that post on here that have sons that are pilots plus the grandaddy B767 Capt. I am not a pilot but have been involved in military and civilian aviation for almost 45 years. I have twice sat in the pilots seats of B707/B720B's and used the auto pilots. Can't get away with that shit any more.

I wanted to be a military pilot -- had the physical fitness, educational background, excellent vision, even had the "right height" (so they say; they prefer 5'8", because of fitting into the cockpit, evidently?); but then asthma reared its ugly head and it was all downhill ever since.

What does that have to do with shaving? Are Top Guns more likely to depilate their balls?
