Is the President Above the Law?
“Written laws are like spiders' webs; which catch the little flies, but cannot hold the big ones. In America the legal system will catch, it is true, the weak and poor, but would be torn in pieces by the rich and powerful...”
Title says it all.

"Is the President Above the Law?"
No, but the process for accusing a sitting president is called an impeachment inquiry and should not be done in the criminal justice system.
If I were I more patriotic American I would buy a copy of the Meuller report and study it carefully. But I get the feeling that Mueller did a very careful job of investigating and reporting the facts. He doesn't want to get involved in the political circus, and (despite the spin from Barr) his report is a road map for an impeachment inquiry.
In a practical sense, I think it's time to move on unless more Republicans are on board for impeachment. Unless things change drastically, the Senate would vote against impeachment and Trump would claim that he was exonerated. Waste of time and bad strategy for the Dems.
