No dick out is not required for LDKs. And if you don't get fully erect while wearing pants then LDK is going to be impossible. I think some guys get and stay erect much easier than others. I know personally I could never wear a condom as I am not erect enough until the dance starts.

For a period of a couple years I had the problem of how NOT to LDK! Seemed like just about any kind of grind in a lap dance resulted in a quick LDK.
