I was wondering what the criteria is for posting UP reviews. I've gone down the UP review list a couple times and to be honest the few that I've read look like legit reviews to me.
So my question is are all reviews being submitted to the VIPs as UP reviews or just certain reviews? If it's just certain reviews what are the reasons some get posted without member approval while others do not?
For the record, thus far I've only voted for approval of one review because it was of a club that I am familiar with and have not rejected any reviews because they weren't from my region or in an area that I visit.

last commentI dont get what is so difficult to understand. It is not certain reviews. It is not certain vip members allowed to vote. All UP reviews appear in in UP section for all vip members. If a review is published before you vote yes or no, or before you saw it, that means it got enough yes or no votes from other vip's to get published or not published. I have no idea how many votes a review needs to be published or rejected.

But how do you vote "Maybe"

Well I asked because I came in late on this review option. I don't come around every day and don't read all of the topics and comments so I was looking for clarification.

I don't understand the question.
Instead of reviews going to founder/etc for review prior to publishing, they're going to that page. A certain # of votes yes or no and the review is published/rejected. If rejected, the reviewer gets the notes the VIP's put in. If no votes, it reverts to the old mechanism.
There is no "maybe" option, but if you leave it alone someone else will address it.
